The hotel was easy to find, with transit dropping you off less than 100 m from the entrance. It provided amazing views from the balconies and surrounding areas. The owner is a very nice woman who was extremely helpful with orienting us in Cinque Terre and the hotel. Breakfast was made to order due to covid, and was prompt and delicious each time. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable. The bed was inviting, the bathroom was bright, stocked, and roomy, and there was lots or storage and TV channels for those looking. We were told the heat wasn't working, but given it was May, this was no issue.

Perfect location, perfect for 2 people, memorable trip and happy to see the room we stayed in, on post cards! There's steep stairs but manageable to get up/down with luggage. Easy check in after hours. Kind of loud if people are drinking outside, but calming when you hear the water.

Alla Marina, Riomaggiore. What can I say. This place was a dream. The city was a dream. The owners were incredible. They met us at the train. They gave excellent referrals for restaurants and the sunset boat cruise we did, which was probably the coolest thing we did anywhere and that’s saying A LOT. The owners family started building the villa in 1252. And they explained the history of the stairs behind all the villas were built so people could flee from the Saracen’s. So, yeah, wow!!! The room was lovely and right on the marina. The sounds out the window were amazing and just immersive in the culture. So cool. The view out both rooms was fantastic. The Villa was perfectly located with quick access to town a the marina. Your thoughts about stairs there were right on. Everywhere you go there are hills and stairs. There are no vehicle transport options really, but the train is right in town and it’s very quick trip to La Spezia and Manarola. WE LOVED OUR TIME THERE, but people should know about the stairs and walking involved staying there. It was great for us - good weight loss plan to counteract the pasta😂

My husband and I visited Cinque Terra in June. We stayed at the Hotel Villa Argentina. It is located on the top of the town of Riomaggiore. Our room was small but very functional and clean. The view from our balcony made the climb up through the town and the four flights of stairs to get to our room totally worth it. Antonio and Alessandra are the lovely couple that run the hotel. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. Pastries, home made jams, meats, cheeses, and exceptional coffee. All the staff was incredibly friendly. We also enjoyed visiting the other villages that make up Cinque Terra. The train was easy to take from one place to the next. We loved our stay. Roger and Leslie Fiorini

Excellent location, just at the train station. We booked through booking.com and got an excellent deal. We were 3 adults and there are plenty of rooms to accommodate families and a small group of friends. Please note that there is city tax to be paid on site. Also just wanted to say a huge huge thank you to the staff. Amazingly helpful. Helped us to check in after hours and then when staying again, helped to order pizza 😊. And you can store your luggage. Breakfast is included. You will get a voucher which can be redeemed in 2 places. It's for a cup of coffee and a fresh pastry. Typical light Italian breakfast. Delicious. Just a note, to make sure you go to the correct one, ask before. As there are 2. One has RED flower pots in front and the other has WHITE. The staff is very helpful, and can chat to via WhatsApp. Thanks again!!!

We got to the hotel early due to the train schedule. Our room wasn’t ready, but the staff held our bags and gave us recommendations for exploring nearby. When we came back, they had given us a free upgrade to a larger room. The room was comfortable and clean with several added extras that made us feel special. The breakfast spread was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back!

I stayed in this hotel 5 days and 4 nights in August 2022. The hotel is in an excellent location, almost on the sea. The rooms that look at the sea are wonderful. It is also two steps from the station and public means to reach La Spezia or to take a ferry to tour the islands (Palmaria, etc.). The hotel has a large public outdoor parking (7€ per day ticket provided by the hotel but payable) at about 10 minutes walking distance. Comfortable and clean rooms for the family of 3 people plus one cat. In general a great living. Surely very recommended structure.

Fantastic, where the guest is at the forefront, attention, SERVICE with main letters widely well cared fresh breakfast All pretty clean staff are top. Pool beautiful in a small garden . All beautiful dressed with art . The hotel is not so beautiful from outside as it is from inside. A absolute adviser Name these critical travelers. Take a room with balcony, otherwise you have only a stick. That was a little overcome. We had our dog with us, and therefore we didn't have the hong in the beautiful restaurants during lunch or dinner, and this was not mentioned in the bookings, so we cannot evaluate the food.
Massa itself is not much on, visit Luca Pistoia Seinna really worth the effort.

NNeedToSeeItAllWe really enjoyed our time in Manarola and 5 Terre Pelagos 2 was a great choice. We were driving a car, and our experience required us to park precariously way up the hill on the verge because the car park at the top of the town was full (probably in a place that was not allowed but there were dozens of other cars doing the same). If you are going in peak season consider parking in La Spezia, and taking the train to Manarola. There are 2 building locations for 5 Terre Pelagos, one at the top of town, and the other (which we were in) about half way to the water. Go for the lower one if you have a choice. Our room was great, clean, easy to access, and there was a shared terrace with a perfect view down over the town. We bought a bottle of wine, sat on the terrace and watched the sunset.

GGuest UserWe recently spent 3 nights at hotel Arpaiu - The roof top terrace view is both spectacular and peaceful. A wonderful place to relax after a day of visiting the other towns. Thank you to our hotel hostess, Tatianna! She was so welcoming and prepared a lovely breakfast of fresh pastries, local breads, meats and we enjoyed our cappuccino each there each morning! The room was modest but comfortable for the 3 days we were there. Thank you Tatianna, you were so accommodating - we loved meeting you! Ciao for now!
