Mural Living Hotel Manaus Reviews

Mural Living has the best hotel breakfast I had the whole time we were in Brazil. It has a youth hostel feel, but large private rooms for a decent price. We stayed one night before departing for our Amazon adventure and slept well in the beds. In the afternoon we visited the square and theatre, and took a boat to see the two rivers meet - all walking distance from the hostel. There is a nice Italian-style restaurant nearby that also does good Amazonas food and seems popular with the locals.

The hotel is on a commercial street, very close to the pier. The hotel is clean and convenient for travel. In particular, the landlady enthusiastically recommended travel agencies to the tropical rainforest. The security in Manaus is worrying, but entering the hotel is safe and the door is locked🔒) Especially the warm and thoughtful service of the landlady makes you feel at ease. When we left, because we only had 50 Brazilian reals, it cost 60 reals to call a taxi. (Embarrassed) The boss lady called us an Uber again on her mobile phone and solved our problem. Thank you.

The hotel is well located. Only that the bed was uncomfortable, the rest was ok. We were in Manáus for an excursion along the Amazon River and the first night we stayed in a hotel with a similar price from an international chain and it was better than Mural. It's not bad but the bed didn't convince us

很好很強大的酒店，性價比極高，除了空調聲音稍大，其他無任何問題。乾淨衞生，設施齊全，服務周到熱情。早餐也很豐盛，強烈的推薦入住。 這次馬瑙斯之行非常開心，一切都很順利，在馬瑙斯港檢票口旁邊的代理那裡定的一日遊性價比太高了，他們説是150，我剛開始以為是美元，後來再三確認是150亞雷爾，包括粉紅海豚食人魚黑白河交匯原始部落等，當然還有豐盛的午餐。一直到結束也不敢相信中途沒有強制收取任何費用。整個船是拼接的都是本地人。玩得挺開心的。衹是導遊全程用葡萄牙語服務。 導航到ponta negra beach內格羅河有沙灘可以游泳，河水讓我想起額爾古納河。從porto da CEASA坐輪渡到Porto do Careiro da Várzea，這裏的碼頭也可以游泳，這裡是亞馬遜河幹流。

Good location for the Old historic Quarter and restaurants, Very Good value, nice clean rooms, excellent variety breakfast and very friendly helpful staff, especially Viviane and Josemi. We have already heartily recommended to others.

After the drought in the Amazon cut our 9 day camping tour short, we found Mural Living as a last minute accommodation for a shower, wi-fi, and air conditioning. Over the next few days, it became our home as we scrambled to find another tour operator. The hotel is centrally located, clean, and feels like home. We loved the hot showers, the quick service requests, all the kindness shown when communicating with me in my awful Portuguese, and the general low key vibe of the place. We ended up staying 3 nights, each morning coming down and asking to stay another night but keeping the same room. They so kindly obliged. I'm a huge fan of this hotel and whole-heartedly recommend it for others. It'll feel like a home away from home.

This hotel is fabulous value. It is in a super location, less than 15 mins walk from the theatre and historic centre. Staff are helpful and bedrooms are clean and large. There is plenty of hot water and good quality showers. Washbasins are wide with plenty of space around them, which is often an issue in budget hotels. For the price, you won’t get better value in Manaus.

Pros: clean, good wifi, staff are helpful, location is good, snacks available in the lobby, luggage storage. Cons: area is dead quiet at night, so need to uber everywhere (I think this is all over Manaus though).

I really liked the service, friendly and collaborative staff. I stayed in the Superior room, very spacious and with a large TV. Right in the city center, close to Mercadão and Teatro Amazonas. Breakfast ok.

hotel very well located on a shopping street and close to the municipal mercado. Large and clean room, decent breakfast. Very good value for money. the staff is friendly, you can walk around the streets full of shops and the historic city center is only 800 meters away. Recommended for small budgets.

The reception is horrible! They put my reservation in someone else's name and it took over an hour. Plus the breakfast was horrible! because there are very few options and the food is not good. When I left, they went to tidy up my room. But they forgot to put the toilet paper in and I had to call reception to get another one. The bathroom is bad, as the shower was crooked and wet everything outside and the bathroom door is very small and narrow. The location is also horrible, it's full of beggars and it's very dangerous, I had to order Uber to go everywhere . Even if it was very close and you could walk, you would even have to order an Uber because it was very dangerous. There are many other bad things, but I won't be able to mention them all, because there are so many!

Clean hotel, good room but poor breakfast, no replacement food. Location close to the port pier and municipal market. High price for the quality of the hotel. Good for shopping but dangerous for going out at night and on Sundays as everything is closed.

Perto dos principais pontos turísticos mas o redor tem bastante insegurança depois q anoitece e aos domingos e feriados. O colchão é muito mole e o travesseiro parece um paralelepípedo. Quarto grande Banheiro ok. Achei limpo e o café da manhã é bem legal. Funcionários bem simpáticos.
