Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori - All Inclusive

Our second trip to Turkey. Well what can I say..we had a blast! The resort was the best, food consistently delicious, entertainment engaging you looked forward to all of it every night. In the day the resort is a little sedate, maybe a bit too civilized for my liking lol but comes alive at night. Drinks are all premium too. Plenty for the kids to do kids club is superb. Rooms and hotel spotless and all the staff are kind friendly and helpful. So much choice in the food too and every bit does not disappoint. My only criticism was that the rooms are not dark enough at night and the beds was a bit hard but I guess this is a subjective opinion. Last year we did a Tui magic life which was cheaper and not a 5 star. We actually felt like we preferred the magic resort as it was a bit more modern and aesthetically pleasing and a bit more of a vibey place. Sensatori is more the grown up sister version I’d say. My last thought was that the gym and pools were probably a bit better at this resort though, bit more to them.

We are here at the moment. Having stayed previously, we feel the ala carte payable restaurants have limited the choice. The food in the main restaurant in good, but previously there was always a roast joint available, and also limited the desserts. Our biggest gripe is that some people's attire is beyond a joke. Scraggy vest tops, a women dining in just her bikini, it is like being in (what I can imagine), a 2* in Benidorm, no way was it like this previously. There should be a strict dress code for this type of hotel. Have seen more fully tattooed men, with either scraggy vest top or not wearing anything on torso and woman in bikini dining, and OK, she was a hell of a size, so not something you want, when eating. Really wish the hotel put a strict dress code in place. I'm not a snob at all, but it is attracting the wrong people. DISSAPOINTED.

What else can I say but truly fab holiday again this is our 4th visit stayed in the adult swim up room 3006 visited again by the resident black white and ginger cat who wanted to sleep on my sunbed gave him some water as it was quite hot but know they have water and food at the cat house 🐈. Food excellent especially in Tarcin and Safran where we were truly looked after . Drinks and bar staff fabulous we were recognised from previous visits all the bar staff do an amazing job at busy bars with a smile on their face any drink you want they will make it and definitely recommend Disarrono Sours and an Old Fashioned many thanks to Amet .. ❤️Iglin ❤️... Ahmed.. ❤️and Bekir ❤️ we look forward to our next visit . Restaurant staff also do a fantastic job . Lastly thanks to Ines for sorting our room request. Also the resident singers keeping us entertained throughout the day especially Victor .

The staff are outstanding in this hotel, not just one all of them. Although, I need to give a shout out to the waiter Metin in the upstairs lounge bar who was superb and so great with the customers. The whole hotel is extremely clean, pool toilets, rooms - everywhere. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The food is lovely. Aqua grill is superb even with an extra charge and service was excellent. Olive, Ocean bar are also excellent. The BBQ was lovely. We hired a cabana for the day which was amazing and the waiter who is responsible for serving the cabanas was fantastic, we couldn’t have asked for more. My only slight issue was some of the adult pool bar singers were not great and interrupted our peaceful afternoons. Otherwise this is a expertly run hotel where the staff do everything they can to make it a very special holiday.

Just returned from a girls holiday with one of my friends. We were only able to get a family room in the family area (1 kingsize bed and a room with twin beds), but actually this suited us better. The room was quiet and although we were looking over the family pools, we didn't hear any noise whatsoever. Beds very comfortable and there is even a pillow menu, which was great. Before I mention all the great things about this resort, please be aware that some of the pictures online are old. The resort has been recently refurbished and is very modern and minimalistic. We could actually have been in any country! Nothing Turkish traditional (except some of the food). There is also a huge hotel being built right next door. The concrete shell is up and we heard very little building works, however, we thought we were more remote than we were, with hotels now both sides of the resort. Back to the good stuff - food (easy to get a table in the al la cart restaurants), drinks (premium makes), entertainment (real variety), staff (so helpful and polite) - all were excellent. We couldn't fault it. The rooms have everything (including UK three pin plug sockets!), although we had a faulty light which kept coming on in the night which took three callouts to get sorted. Pools, beach, bars and eating areas are strictly split between adults and families. Always sunbeds available (so no need to get up at the crack of dawn), however felt that the adults swimming pool sunbeds were crammed in. On the beach there are loads of sunbeds spaced out, sand is soft, attentive life guards and the water was so warm - bath like! We had a very relaxing week. Thank you Akra Sorgun.

This is our second time at this hotel last june we had a swim up room in the adults only area this year we brought our grandson so had a junior suite which was lovely but not enough storage for 3 people i felt the choice of food was a bit of a let down from last year not much choice for kids at meal times and entertainment was too loud from our room everything else was good

Just returned from a 10 night stay here and we loved it! Room - we were in room 3216 in the adult only block. Nice pool and sea view. Really modern, stylish and clean room, recently refurbished. The whole hotel had a refurbishment over the winter apparently. Loads of storage for clothes and suitcases. Massive bed and really comfortable. There’s a pillow menu so you can choose from 4 different pillows. Shower great and always warm. Nice little balcony with a small table and a couple of chairs. Mini bar with water, soft drinks and beer which is restocked daily Staff - the staff really are great throughout the hotel. The guys at the piano bar deserve a special mention - Okan, Ilgin and ‘Chavo’, so friendly and make the place really fun with their antics and attempts at flairing whilst making cocktails! Our waitress Durgul at breakfast and lunch in the adult section of the buffet restaurant very friendly and cheerful. Also our waiter Atilla in the evenings in the buffet restaurant very welcoming and professional. Have to mention Cebrail at the adults only pool, who walks around all day taking drinks orders (must be exhausting in the heat!), always friendly and with a smile on his face. Also Ismail behind the adults pool bar. Maids do a great job, room spotless every day. Honestly can’t say anything bad about any of the staff, they all seem happy to work there. Also the TUI girls running archery and other sporting events were friendly and fun Food - we found the buffet great, lovely omelette’s at breakfast, loads of fresh fruit. At lunch and dinner the the salads were great, all the food was fresh and loads of choice. We found plenty of variety over the 10 days. We also had a couple of lunches at Ocean near the beach and Olive near the kids pool, both were great. The Gozleme hut is great - chocolate and banana gozleme was devine! A la carte restaurants - went to the BBQ twice, was pretty good, in a lovely setting near the beach. This is on twice a week - Tuesday and Saturday. Italian (Olive) was the best one, great food and a nice terrace. Turkish quite average. We didn’t try the seafood one (Ocean) for dinner, but heard a few people say it was very good Drinks - great selection of drinks and cocktails. Beer is Efes which is draught or in bottles. Also included in All Inclusive are bottles of Becks, Carlsberg and Miller. Even cans of Guinness! Cocktails were great, branded spirits also included. You can get bottles of water throughout the hotel, and the guys come around the pool regularly giving out water and taking drinks orders. Also get 2 big bottles left in your minibar every day Activities - we did archery 3 times - highly recommend this. All the singers good as well, but we loved seeing Victor and the energy he brought! Saw a few bits of the evening shows which looked good. Also played crazy golf a few times Location - not much close to hotel. Side town a short bus/taxi journey away as well as Manavgat for the twice-weekly market. Quite

I can quite honesty say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. We were a party of 13 people, the youngest were aged 2 years and the more senior ones late seventies. The couples with children stayed in the family area, and the adults without children in the adult section. This worked really well as we could get together whenever we wanted, but there was the opportunity to 'time out' in the adult area. The pools were lovely, very warm and easy to get into. In the family area, the shallow pool for the youngest children was covered to protect from the hot sun. The food was amazing. The main restaurant always had a lot of choice and the quality was excellent. The restaurants fave a large selection of food which is unusual for an all inclusive. Food was prepared fresh and to order. Something for even the pickiest eaters. The drinks were good quality branded spirits. Cocktails were very nice and once again, an excellent selection. We felt no need to venture into the wine selection that cost extra as the wine by the glass was easy to drink. The rooms were modern, spacious and well serviced. The fridge and snacks kept well stocked. The beach was nice and the sea accessible without having to put reef runner shoes on. Ordering your drinks via a QR code from your beach bed was a new and enjoyable experience. Some of the group took part in sessions such as yoga, pilates and the archery. The instructors were professional and there was no pressure to do anything more than you were comfortable with. The spa was a nice break from the heat. Treatments were on a par with what you would pay in the UK, but the staff were well trained and delivered an excellent service. The entertainment was far better than we expected. Some real talent, particularly in the piano bar (and a few soundbites at the adult pool). Entertainment is something we usually avoid but we made sure to see some of our favourite singers a few times. One thing that was really noticeable was that the staff, as well as being friendly seemed to take a real pride in everything they did. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back some time in the future. Not one of the cheaper hotels, but you can absolutely see what you pay the extra for. We all felt that it was good value for money.
