Nice atmosphere, the food could be better but some nights had some nice options. The staff are very welcoming & polite. They all loved our daughter and made her feel special. Entertainment was good. Good and handy shops on site. Amazing Turkish bath & spa experience. Beach is across the road for about a couple minutes walk. Only slight downfall is there isn’t a lot of stuff around the hotel but that didn’t stop us from adventuring out using shuttles or taxis. Good children’s mini club for them to play in. Good shops on site. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the beach & to the closet market. We also got a free taxi there and back to a lovely restaurant on the harbour which was organised by the hotels tour rep. Big shout out to Süleyman, Ipek, Mustafa, Ebrar, Hasan and Umut for being so welcoming and accompanying to us the best possible. To the port river hotel team, thank you for a lovely stay :)

The hotel was really lovely, the staff attend to your needs quickly and professionally, they do games and activities around the pool and there is always entertainment in the evening, we played bingo for only 10 euro and they also did miss port river, including the people in the crowds, they play music from different countries which is very inclusive, the rooms are always cleaned and fridge restocked, the restaurant has an excellent choice of foods which aquire to everyone’s taste, they also run a snack bar if you’re not hungry during the meal times, overall i have rated it 5 stars as i have had an enjoyable unforgettable holiday

We had a lovely holiday at this hotel the rooms were always cleaned to high standard the food was good lots of choice and very fresh, animation team work very hard and love nisa she works very hard always smiling and happy …………………………………………………..

Animasyon çok eğlenceli çocuklar iyi vakit geçirdi. Yemekler güzel, odalar temiz, kaydırak eğlenceli tavsiye ederim. Şişe bira veriyorlar bence iyi bir seçenek . Tuvalete her gittiğinizde tuvalet kağıdı olugor. Odalar geniş ve ferah.

Прекрасное место. Море, пляж, погода - все всегда великолепно, особенно для отдыха с детьми. Поэтому мы здесь в 3-й раз за последние 7 лет. Правда, останавливались до этого в соседних отелях. Отдых в целом отличный. Номер удобный, кормят разнообразно и вкусно. Персонал, в основном, дружелюбный. Из минусов: Отель уже старенький, пора обновлять. Лет 15 ему минимум. Убирают не особо тщательно. Вода в бассейне мутновата. В бассейне у горок маловато воды, при падении в воду после спуска с прямых горок можно удариться о дно бассейна! В Спа-центре не работает турецкая паровая баня.

Отель понравился. В номерах чисто, постоянно убирают . Номер просторный все есть, мини бар постоянно пополняется. До моря идти минут 5-7. Есть трансфер. Море чудесное. Бассейн хороший. Есть горки. На пляже много лежаков, хватает всем. На пляже и у бассейна всегда есть чем угоститься и пообедать. Много мороженого и арбузов. По вечерам развлечения. Ребенок очень доволен. Персонал приветливый. Возможно для кого-то будет минусом не очень большая территория. Нам не критично.

The hotel is nice. Some Good food and some not. The hotel rom was not that clean. We got a hotel rom that was very dirty. But it is Okey. I like the hotel. Nice pool and nice place. I tips you to Get better cleaning people. Thank you for a Good holyday
