Marvida Family Eco - All Inclusive & Kids Concept

Absolutely disgusted. We came here May 2024 and loved it so booked again July 2024 but was horrified at what the entertainment team done. They said kids wasn't allowed to sing kareoke as my friends daughter wanted to sing however 7 other children got to sing. My friends daughter is 6 and was sobbing her heart out asking why could the other children sing and not her. Nothing was rectified either. Was planning on booking again next year but will definitely never stay here again. Vile human being. Do Not recommend

Hotel is great for the kids but the buffet restaurant is awful. I have been to many all inclusive resorts in Turkey before and this is by far the worst by a big distance. Even though the food is different each night there is very little to choose from and also a very very low standard to what I have had before. Also there is so many flys in the restaurant that many they are swarming you plate and buffet as you eat or collect food it’s very off putting. Honesty the food rating is 2/10 being generous.

Just returned after a very hot week. Really can't fault the hotel in the main. My husband is in a wheelchair so we found getting around the hotel pretty accessible except we couldn't get into the ampitheatre. The biggest thing for us was the "adapted room". My husband can't walk but can stand to transfer to the toilet etc, but there are not enough grab rails. There is only one at the toilet which made it very difficult as he needs to hold on both sides so i was having to help him get on, a rail by the basin wasnt accessible, the shower seat was broken, which after a few days and a complaint to Jet2 was repaired, then the screws holding the rail by the toilet starting coming out of the wall, which again we reported but by the time we were leaving still hadn't been repaired, so it made it so dangerous, we used the disabled toilet at the swimming pool for safety. We were impressed that there was a pool chair to get into the water. I have rated the hotel a 4 but if the adapted rooms were spot on it would be a 5. Everything else, the food, staff were brilliant. The walk to the beach was ok for the mobility scooter, however, to get onto the pathway we needed to go up the kirb. There is a little ramp just wide enough to get on it but some days people had parked along it making it impossible to get on the path. Had we not had family with us it would have been impossible as they were able to lift the scooter onto the path. So maybe a no Parking sign would be good. Once on the beach, again, the staff were brilliant, getting a place for us and then getting my husband into the water on buggy. So, it was a lovely week but could have been better and less stressful had we had all we needed in the room.

Amazing stay for my husbands birthday we took our 4 children & my mum & dad when we arrived the staff are very welcoming they treat you like royalty our rooms was perfect We arrived at 1am due to flight delays we was allowed to use restaurant & there was lots of options of food & drinks The pools are amazing the children enjoyed them the sun roofs are great too the children's pools have sun roofs on too which Is perfect as it was boiling the life guards are so friendly in the baby pool one of the lifeguards would bring you cold bottled water to drink & telling everyone to give your toddlers my son hurt his nose playing water polo & the life guard grabbed him out of the pool & assisted him straight away The bar staff are the best always smiling & chatty very friendly brilliant with the children the entertainment team was amazing the children was entertained day & night Cocktail menu was the best Food was amazing The restaurant was spotless there was always something for everyone So much choice there's a children's bit in the restaurant my girl loved that All icecrems & lollies are included in the all inclusive & we loved the coffee & cake area near the bar the cakes was delicious so much choice The hotel is spotless the staff do not stop working the grounds was well maintained I loved the drinks the reception area especially the fresh pineapple juice Air con in the rooms & reception was the best 👌 The beach was just special the food & drinks there was beautiful I cannot fault anything about our stay Everything was just perfect The location was perfect You can get a bus to side 10 mins away defo worth a visit Can't wait to return
