Хорошая пятерка в Сиде. Пляж шикарный , до него идти максимум 2 минуты пешком или меньше минуты на трансфере. Питание стандартное как во многих пятерках Турции , но очень советую посетить рыбный ресторан Аля Карт , девушка из guest relation Merve Uckan поможет вам с записью в рестораны и вообще можно обращаться к ним с возникающими вопросами, даже номер помогли поменять. Спасибо персоналу отеля за хороший отдых!

We are rested at the Bosphorus Hotel, in general, the rest went well, but we are very tired of the long queues in the restaurant, you can immediately see that there is not enough staff, the waiters are not always friendly and are not in a hurry to bring a drink or even cutlery. I would also like to emphasize that there are not always enough sun loungers near the pool and you have to occupy them early in the morning, it should not be a 5-star hotel. Of the pluses, I liked the food, animation and also the relationship of the reception, they, unlike the waiters, they are great , I want to say a big thanks for receptionist Lyudmila, we had several families, and she helped us, settled us together, and during the rest she always smiled, she was always friendly in the morning and evening, it was very nice that she tried to speak our language. Отдыхаю в отеле уже во второй раз. Первое впечатление прекрасное чуть позже сталкиваешься с небольшими минусами отеля , здесь не UAI , а просто AI , но все минусы скрываются тем , что персонал всегда старается помочь , например на ресепшн всем поможет прекрасная Людмила , а также по всем вопросам можно обратиться к Guest Relation Merve Egilmez Uckan она все подробно расскажет и поможет со всеми вопросами ( Мерве уже почти выучила русский) , в рестораны можно записаться также через Guest relation. Спасибо прекрасным работникам за то , что делаете наш отдых лучше!

For me and for my family is not 5* it is 1000*. Customer service is absolutely excellent. Excellent!!!! All chefs are children friendly my baby asked for pizza even they been sold out. They made pizza for him!!!! We recemmened this hotel to everyone!!!! We are very happy. There is nothing to say that is not good. Food is excellent. We stayed 12 days. Next year we are back! Thank you. You are great!!!!

Ирфан — настоящий профессионал! Его массажи — это просто чудо. Сразу чувствуется внимание к деталям и глубокое понимание анатомии. После сеанса у Ирфана я почувствовала невероятное облегчение и расслабление. Атмосфера в кабинете уютная и расслабляющая.
