We are rested at the Bosphorus Hotel, in general, the rest went well, but we are very tired of the long queues in the restaurant, you can immediately see that there is not enough staff, the waiters are not always friendly and are not in a hurry to bring a drink or even cutlery. I would also like to emphasize that there are not always enough sun loungers near the pool and you have to occupy them early in the morning, it should not be a 5-star hotel. Of the pluses, I liked the food, animation and also the relationship of the reception, they, unlike the waiters, they are great , I want to say a big thanks for receptionist Lyudmila, we had several families, and she helped us, settled us together, and during the rest she always smiled, she was always friendly in the morning and evening, it was very nice that she tried to speak our language.
