Our stay at this hotel was amazing! As soon as we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. I would like to thank Ramazan Dost, he was very kind and caring. Every time I went for lunch and dinner he took care of us. The room was really nice and tidy, with comfy beds and everything we needed. We loved waking up to a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. The hotel's location was perfect too, close to all the sights we wanted to see. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to come back

My experience with the hotel was brilliant. It’s clean and luxurious. The staff are polite. You room is cleaned everyday, you can choose when by switching on your please clean light before leaving. Your mini fridge is restocked everyday with Fanta coke and juice and 2large water bottles. Theres 4 swimming pools, which include kids swimming pool and one with the slides. You can catch a bus straight outside the hotel to manvagat markets. There’s some markets walking distance about a 15min walk. You get towel cards to use towels. The spa is nice too Only thing I would say is when buying tours or treatments go to the market to the agent. I paid €70 for a hamam(Turkish bath) and massage which was them giving me a discount from €99. Then when i had already paid I went to market where they offer the same thing for €20! I was gobsmacked. They pick you up from hotel and drop you back. Also get good deals on yours and excursions from the agents in the market. Lastly you will be expected to pay the porter money as he drops you to your room as you check in so make sure you take cash 🙄

I don't know Turkish uses and customs, so I find it hard to express an objective opinion. Among the positives is the central location of the structure, the tranquility, the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. Among the critical points, breakfast is completely lacking in European foods, indeed for Italians it becomes a nightmare, lacking milk with a minimum of biscuits, croissants, pies and the like. Complicated even for Europeans as there is no type of cured meat. Lots of parsley, raw peppers and cheeses with local spices, Another critical issue is the language, in addition to the reception staff who spoke a little English, the rest of the staff only speaks Turkish, I only visited the SPA without going there, it seems equipped, but the pool is bigger than bathtub.

We are still here but I'm ready to write a review. What I can say is that all the negative things mentioned by other tourists are true. The hotel is old and needs renovation, but the staff does not care about it. It was the first time for me that there was no Wi-Fi even at the reception/lobby. That was really incredible. I forgot to print our voucher so they asked me to send it later when I find a way to get the internet. That's so stupid! But ok. The room is okay, but the curtain is cut by the scissors from one side, and one of the windows is white / unclean (I don't know why). In the bathroom, the water goes out on the floor which is uncomfortable for me, but my husband does not care. So the room leaves to be desired. But there are some pros: calm, not hot at night (we slept with an open window without the air-conditioner working which is good because we are here with a child and are afraid he can catch a cold. The room is pretty big. So, in general, that is fine if you are not very picky and have not paid a lot of money for this hotel. The food is good. Our family always could find what we liked (french fries and grilled chicken are very tasty). There are some burgers served on the hotel beach as well. We tried them once and preferred to eat at the hotel because of the wider variety. The beach is fine, but not all the sunbeds are under the tent. It was not bad for us because we were all the time near the water with our son. Water is great at this time. But the water goes deep very fast and when the sea is covered with waves there are many people close to the shore. So, our conclusion is that the hotel is situated well and could be very good but requires a skilled and strong manager to renovate it and improve the service.

We have just come home from an amazing family holiday. I travelled with 3 children aged 21, 16, 13, 2 boys and girl, there were activities for them all, from Water aerobics every morning taken by Cumin Ali who is amazing, water polo, water games, we also tried the keep fit activities. Cumin Ali took us out on 3 different bike rides to show us the surrounding areas if you get the chance make sure you go on the bike rides they are brilliant and free, takes place 10.15am every morning. All pools were brilliant and the beach was lovely. The bar staff were very friendly and always ready to pour you a drink a big mention to Murat he was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. There was something for us to eat every day in the restaurant and lots to choose from, food offered to you at all times through the day, the lady making the pancakes was brilliant and they were very tasty, it is even worth watching her making them. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was great with lots of room for us. The 2 boys stayed in their own room which was spacious they did say they would have liked a bigger balcony. The boys got an amazing shave and one of them had a haircut, we went to the Turkish Bath which was very relaxing and the massage was great. This resort has something for everyone, I loved my holiday and would recommend anybody to go here, I will hopefully get back next year at some point.
