Business trip, the experience is average.

Wonderful shower and amenities. Easy to check-in process and the breakfast was plentiful. No complaints and will use this hotel again when needed!

The hotel was a little dated but clean. The front desk clerk was professional and friendly. Great price, fits the hotel perfectly!

Room was not ready even around 5 pm and could not even get an extra pillow.

Checkin flawless, room had a certain smell feels like carpet. Parking perfect. Staff excellent. Breakfast perfect. Value for money perfect

A great clean facility with a nice breakfast offering, dedicated employees maintaining a very clean environment. Easy access on and off the highway.

Very conveniently located right off the highway 293 easy comute to and from airport

The room was not ready when we arrived at 5pm but I believe her name was Daisy at the front desk she was very sweet and friendly. We went to dinner and came back an hour later and it was ready. The room had a broken outlet by the bed which was a problem for my husband who uses a CPAP machine to sleep. He had to sleep on a cot in the corner by an outlet. The vent in the bathroom has thick dust hanging on it. We only stayed one night and Daisy was by far the best part.

We came in and went to check in the clerk was very polite and asked if there was any where special we'd like to be, we said no. The clerk put us on the second floor, we said fine , we got to our room clean and neat, the problem was our roomwas right next to the ice machine station, and thats all we heard. Granted we could have called the desk and asked to be moved but we dealt with it. The next morningwhen leaving we mentioned to the day clerk our dissapointment of basicly being asked where we like to be and then being put next to the icemachine, his answer " sorry we are pretty full". This will not stop us from staying with Fairfield inn but next time we will not accept a room near the ice machine or elevator.

Lovely quiet hotel room. Very close to airport. Very pleasant staff even at 4 am when I had to leave for a plane.

We did not like that the pool closed on Labor Day. We participated in the SURF soccer tournament And We specifically booked an extra night to enjoy the pool on Monday

The rooms we’re comfortable and clean. A ventilation fan in the bathroom would be nice. The breakfast was good, but not amazing. The staff were friendly.
