The viceroy was a perfect hotel for me and my girlfriend, the service was excellent. We enjoyed the restaurant staff, and the proximity to the beach, Suman Das was very friendly and accommodating. They had a great pool. We appreciate the friendliness and will definitely give a good word to all of our friends. Cheers to the viceroy! Thank you for making our trip a great stay.

All good except the AC and the toilet .ac s are too old remote was not working properly. Pillow cover was all old. 100 time used. Room maintenance should be upgraded.otherwise all good staff behaviour is also good..........................

The staff makes you feel very comfortable and are always at your service. Stay was very pleasant and appreciable. Special mention for saurabh das from food and beverage section. Though the food can be made more spicy for the taste buds.......

Had an excellent stay. We were 6 of us with friends and family. The services in the restaurant and the housekeeping staff was outstanding. Service with patience and a smile. Suman das from the restaurant deserves a special mention as he went out of his way to provide us good food and services. Kudos to his team.

This is the perfect weekend getaway from the hustle bustle of daily life. Lovely Resort with extremely helpful staff. It’s a pet friendly resort , so all of you looking for a place that entertains your pet too… this is the place. The rooms are spacious and well lit. The washrooms are nice and clean. The restaurant here offers yummy food for every taste palette. Especially the Resturant Manager Alvin is a very polite and courteous gentleman. We enjoyed our stay here.

The food was excellent, variety of choices both Indian and Continental! Excellent service by Suman Das in the food and beverage section . Steamed Bhetki , chicken rara should be tried . Swimming pool is well maintained and clean . Friendly , welcoming staff .

We stay in room number 108 & 109. Rooms are spacious but we suffer a lot for the bad smell of toilets. Although housekeeping staffs had tried to overcome this with room fresheners but the bad smell never removed during our 3 days 2 nights stay. Towels are not cleaned & water is yellowish. However taste & quality of food was good. All staff members are very nice, Especially Mr Bapan’s behaviour and gestures made our stay wonderful. We are thankful to Mr Bapan.

This resort is a well maintained resort 2mins walking distance from the sea. The best part is the food and service which is highly commendable special mention Mr Abhishek the manager of the resort. He is always on your toes to help you out and can manage any situation. It is a pet friendly resort. Sat night they have DJ which is an added advantage. The only negative point is that it is not beach facing, which means you would miss the beach essence as well as it is near the Mohona area thus the waves are a bit less. We had booked the Royal category room which are spacious, the AC works properly and the quality of the room is also good. we had booked 5rooms and celebrated my daughters birthday their.

We enjoyed our stay here during our visit to mandarmani. All the staff who work in the restaurant are very good, especially 'Bapan' was excellent. Beautiful garden & swimming pool area. But the cleanliness of the room & toilet is poor. There is foul smell in toilet.
