The price is cheap, but there are no amenities. You have to prepare your own toothbrush, soap, shampoo, etc., and the location is right in the middle of Asportuna, so it's easy to move around.

About the room
Despite the note given ahead of booking like (no 24h hot water, no front desk after 10pm etc) I still thought that it would do the job for my last 2 days in Cebu.
No given water or instant coffee on the second day, no service.
I blame myself for looking at the cheapest hotels and I kind of blame Trip for listing such a poor quality hotel.

The hotel is budget friendly. They provided toiletries such as brush and shampoo.
It is quite near to Pier 3 Cebu port and 30-35mins away from the airport. There are nearby fast food chains for those who wishes to eat anytime.
There are aslo taxis roaming around.

I used it near the airport. The security was solid and I felt safe. Although it faces the main street with a lot of traffic, there are few restaurants in the area, and there was a large mall a short walk away.
