The overall experience was normal. Property location is approachable and mid in the town. The room was good and made on traditional theem, but a center table was not available in the room for food. I asked the waiter to arrange a table he denied. He was drunk during the room service.

We arrived a bit early at mandawa. Due to diwali haveli's were shut in the afteenoo. Since we reached early and nothing to do tofik bhatia, gentleman at reception was kind enough to give us an early check in and upgraded us to a suite. We had some challenges with the taxi driver who did not show up till 1230 pm. Tofik bhai was nice enough to arrange a back up car and insisted on late check out. One must take a guide from the hotel is visit the nearby haveli's and tourist spots. The guide was amazing and has a lovely shop of local work and camel wool shwal. The guides shop is opposite the shahi palace. Manveer at the kitchen was very kind and accommodative with our food pallate. Amazing beautiful property. Rooms were clean, good pool area, overall staff was super cordial and services were good. A well spent time with my family.

Back to the memories and staying in this beautiful heritage hotel with its designs and good staff. My trip to Rajasthan was enjoyable. Here we stopped for the first night when we came from New Delhi. Now I think there are big updates and we hope to come back here to see.

It was nice stay at hotel shahi palace. Staff of the hotel is very supportive.Pool facility and other facilities are very nice and well maintained. Restaurant staff is also very nice. Overall felt good after checkout from this hotel.And it's very economic.

Location nice excellent food good services and amenities. . The hotel situated at exact location, at the reception there are good arrangements to receive the guest. Rooms are comfortable and good hygiene. Food was tasty and delicious.

Very nice experience must come and ery good pool side and enjoy .Food was very tasty and staff was very corporative specifically Yakub khan and Tofik Bhati. Parking is also available. If you have a planning for your wedding please must come and see the place.
