Ac was not giving the actual cooling. Celing fan was not working - up on complaining the staff did help with a pedestral fan - (thank you - sanju)
the two connectivity for the main light was not working due to which i cud not sleep the whole night coz of the lights that were on in the room. The bath room was clean but stinking. The second rooms bath room was not clean and the plumbing devices were not working water was not coming properly through the shower and tap.

Superr location food is good clean pool cleab bathroom but one thing bedsheet and blankets was not that clean.

It was a very good place, the management and staff were really nice and cooperative. The resort was beautiful and calm. It was really a pleasant stay.

It was not a pleasent stay. Please avoid this resort as it is not worth for the money you pay. No proper parking, nothing is there except swimming pool, food is not good, rooms are average, overall it's a bad experience for us.

Very bad service and unprofessional staff. Also unclean rooms and train track near by very disturbing. Very bad customer service and i had a stress full time very unpleasant had a restless night. Also less privacy. Everything is visible from the bathroom. Be aware
