The staff at the reception were really friendly and helpful, which was impressive. The facilities are beautiful and the rooms are clean. But I had the worst experience at the restaurant. I visited alone on 3/30 to plan a group meal, and the male staff member in charge of my table was embarrassing and rude, which made the dinner I had high expectations so sad. First, I tried to discuss the wine to accompany the meal, but the staff stopped me and said they would call the wine server. But after a while, he came back with white wine that had already been poured into a glass. “The wine manager said this would suit me well.” Will your next red wine be poured right before your eyes? No, once again he bring poured wine glass. I didn't want to ruin the mood, so I just took it, but it didn't go well with the food and the wine had a dirty finish, but I endured it. The main course was the chef's special of the day, lamb, and the lamb I ordered rare was cold! The tin pot containing the food wasn't warm to the touch, but the Potato that came with it were warm. The waiting time between meals was so long and I tried to understand. But The food came out just as I was about to finish drinking the white wine, and after waiting for a long time to finish the food, it was cleaned up, and after. a long wait, the chef's special was cold.
