Staff is very irritating calls in the morning 7 am and will call 1 hour before check out. Cleanness was okay.

Check in and check out the process sooth, the room is very small, and AC is only for names I suggest you don't go in summer...
Staff are supporting, food not available but t you are ordering online zomato Swiggy

washroom required tapes leakage repair, car parking is take time to entrance is take time , food facility is out of property and they give coupon to us is rs 150/-, they required more cleanness thanks 🙏. photo not taken by us

Very bad experience at emporium hotel due to bedbugs. We couldn't sleep and we didn't discover the bed bugs till the 3rd day. We cut short our stay. Initially we thought that it was mosquitoes and reported it to the hotel staff. They were unhelpful and only remarked that mosquitoes are common.

I was permitted early check-in. The rooms were clean and large. Toilet was also kept clean. Staff at reception was very good.

Decent place to stay in the heart of mangalore. All facilities like hot water, room cleaning, good washrooms, elevator and considerate staff are available. Overall a very decent place to stay with family.
