Hotel was comfortable and clean. It looks like a very safe secure place as well. The staff are very helpful and quick to help. I was able to make modifications in my booking easily after speaking with the receptionist. Autos are easily available as there is an auto rickshaw stand right opposite the hotel. No good eateries around, but swiggy and zomato services are available.

Location is good. Amenities & service are good. Wash room is small. The hotel has a small restaurant which offers both veg & non veg options. As we prefer veg meals we went to a near by Udipi hotel which provided very good vegetarian food. Hotel is very clean and has parking facility. The hotel doesn’t have play area or garden area

Stayed with my family for a day and they gave me a free upgrade to the room with sea view. Friendly staff, and they got a clean swimming pool in which we enjoyed a great evening. They do have enough parking space as well. Food taste need to improve.

My partner and i recently stayed at he-era and had an exceptional experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. From check-in to check-out, we felt valued and cared for. We highly recommend he-era for its exceptional service, amenities, and comfort. Our stay was truly unforgettable.

Very poor quality and unstable WiFi. Even their IT engineer could not help. Complementary breakfast has very limited options without any healthy options except for cut fruits. Felt cheated in the restaurant and also by front desk staff when I was told no discount for hotel guests which turned out to be incorrect as per voucher. We had to request for many things inside room which were missed by HK staff. No ring for hanging hand towel near wash basin and no hand soap dispenser or soap dish too near wash basin making it very inconvenient.

Stayed here for a night recently. Excellent property- neat , clean and well maintained. Room was spacious and well appointed with all amenities , toiletries, mini bar etc.. Staff are well trained, courteous and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was well laid out and satisfactory.

If you're looking to stay nearby to the city this is the best place to check in. Pros 1. Clean restroom ( Inside room ) 2. centralized Air conditioner well maintained. 3. RO water in the Restroom. 4. Both Veg & Non Veg resturants available seperately. 5. Roof Top swimming pool. 6. Welcoming behaviour of tier 2 employees. ( Waitress, Door ***) Cons: 1. Complimentary breakfast will not be ready on time.They say it starts at 7:30 but dishes will not be available if you go on time. I noticed this never corrected after visiting twice to his Hotel. 2. Rooms are not cleaned unless you keep following them to do it. 3. Particularly a male receptionist ( not noticed his name) has a very bad attitude. If we ask any queries his replies are not polite. He answers like as we no nothing to throw his intelligence.

Stay was good, Food is good, staff is helpful but the rooms are a bit old and bathroom is not up to mark. meaning the sink was chipped and floor was broken. Entire stay was good if the hotel upgrade their infrastructure it would be even better.

Friendly staff and manager is nice and polite and room are good. Clean and my view 9/10 happy stay, reasonable price
