Convenient location. Booked this hotel for my niece who's planning to enroll in Perpetual College. The place is clean. It's just the room where my niece stayed in has a broken door. Also, the front area of the hotel gets a little floody when raining. Overall, my niece had still gotten a nice experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good services around the area. Many places to eat at walking distance. And can refill water bottles across the street.
