Go Hotel -Ermita is legit value for money. Though it is categorized as a budget hotel, it exceeds in performance: (1) It uses keycards to swipe for entry at the elevators; (2) Its elevators are amazingly fast & efficient; (3) The rooms are spacious. Well-partitioned spaces; (4) Separate bath & toilet; (5) Change of towels & make up bed, though by request, are being done considerately; (6) Hot & cold water available on both bath & toilet; (7) Robinson’s Mall is a block away; (8) 7 minutes walk to SLEC; (9) Very accessible with plenty of transport options to choose from. Philippine Rabbit Terminal Avenida to the hotel costs Php 170 more or less via Grab; (10) Customer care is of high quality. Staff so polite especially its housekeeping team. Very fast check in. Only there is extra cost for early check in; (11) Plenty of hangers; (12) Presence of fire extinguisher, sprinklers & alarm; (13) Presence of extra chair; (14) Spacious luggage desktops. (15) There is parking space with extra charge; (16) Spacious hallways, lobby, play activities, cushioned seats; (17) Accessible light switches & big desktop in between twin sharing beds Downsides are: (1) Airconditionjng units must have regular maintenance cleaning; (2) Tiles need extra scrubbing; (3) Accumulation of water in bathroom drain ways

When I entered my shower room it smelled like urine. There were drain flies too. Like everyday the shower room has lots of it. The in-between of the grouts were dirty, and needed thorough scrubbing and disinfecting. The AC was not as cold, mahina. I couldn't request a transfer cause I've already unpacked my stuff. Would be nice if the staff are more polite. Some of them makakasabayan mo sa elevator and doesn't even greet you. Everything else was great.

I like the hotel good for travelers who are in budget. Near robinson walking distance only good visit

At first i just found some insects in the room. And i just ignore it. Before check I ask the online chat of hotel which is regarding the early check in and indeed I here is early check in but there is a charge which is acceptable. But when i go to recieption for early check in, the check in counter said that there was no check in counter so i go back out and go to other short time hotel just to rest for a couple of hours. I was so disappointed. Anyway i will still recommend the hotel due to cheap and location is good.

The staff is very accommodating and the hotel room is good as well as the other amenities. The hotel location is nice too, cause it’s near the Mall.

The place is quite clean and accessible. Friendly staff wish there were free toothbrush and hairdryer. Overall good experience.

So far it’s a nice place to say, however they need to clean properly there rooms and bathrooms. If you want to keep your customers to be comfortable please make sure to clean the rooms, side of tables, floors, even bathroom as well as make sure to change your linens because what we got has stain but we didn’t ask FO to change it. But please make it clean. That’s all what i can say. Overall it’s one of the hotel that i like but please maintain cleanliness.

great staff...great place...affordable and easy access to all transportation... a place where you could stay and relax. cleanliness is good and rooms are so cold...

What I really like about all go hotels are their free water dispensers. Our room is just very similar to any go hotels coz weve been already to Go hotel timog, north edsa and mandaluyong. They really got a small shower area and the water spill out the glass. Nevertheless, ill keep coming back.

Its a pleasure to stay at gohotels ermita. Very clean and accessible to everything and to airport and mall of asia. Surely I will book again at here soon when I came back. The only bad comment is the rooms are not sound proof.
