Good 5 star hotel. ****** right next door. Well-rehearsed, experienced service. Located in busy Malate. Various clubs nearby. Lots of poverty on the streets. You are constantly asked for money. Pool and whirlpool too small for my taste.

I used to love the Panpacific Hotel, but it seems like the atmosphere has become smaller, so I'm disappointed. Since it was replaced by the Sheraton Manila Bay, the rooms and lobby seem smaller, so I will refrain from using it in the future (°▽°) It's a shame.

First time to stay at this hotel since it is no longer the Pan Pacific. Generally the hotel is much brighter. The food has improved significantly and the lobby bar is cosy.
Some downsides. Front desk were not helpful in encouraging me to book again as they said my partner could not check in before me if her name was not on the reservation. As we are aware Trip.com only allows for one name on the reservation. So they lost the business to a competitor. On a note of more concern. My laundry was handled atrociously. I believe it has been washed but certainly not ironed. Absolutely unwearable. All else fine.

It is suitable for business trips. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. Every employee greets the guests warmly. The hygiene work is slightly lacking. Not only has the toilet seat not been wiped clean after a long time, but it still looks like it after cleaning every day. Dirty. The location is hard to describe, and it is suitable for men who like sensual nightlife.
