Really good staff. Good Ambience. Chandra shekhar, Raghu barman ,Sulia was very hospitable. Very friendly staff, very excited to serve us. Food variety was good. Trisha, Geetha served us well. The room was kept clean and neat. The washroom was also well maintained. We did not face any problem during our stay. We had a great experience.☺️☺️☺️

Pleasant 3 star hotel with some friendly staff In my opinion it is slightly over priced and requires some updating and decorating For the 3 days we were staying there the male manager at the main reception area continually reassured us that we would be able to pay and check out using our UK bank/credit cards On checking out of our rooms both our cards were declined as international cards are not accepted We then had to go to ATM's to withdraw cash and incurred bank charges The receptionist then lied when trying to explain that it had been a problem with the bank for a month so why didnt he say that on day one The cashier in the non veg restaurant downstairs was extremely rude to us and refused to serve us because there were no waiters available meaning that he would have to do the work The manager of the same restaurant was also quite rude standing by out table making conversations whilst we were eating our meal There are TV's in the room but during our stay no english channels were available

Absolutely loved my stay at Tea Tree Suits, Manipal. Their service was top-notch— the staffs were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. They don't have their own kitchen. You can call the rooftop pub/restaurant and they will deliver it to your room. Location very central. Staff very polite and courteous. Rooms average. Ample joints for food adjacent to property. Rooms/ bathroom were clean. Mattress needs improvement.

We booked non ac through make my trip and reached to the stay an shown the confirmation of booking, but initially they requested to cancel the booking saying no rooms available and said they already given to some one non ac room even though our booking was confirmed, after long discussion happened then they have given a ac room without ac option which as alternate option was disappointed by the stay.
