Worst hotel. They close kitchen/room service at 10 pm and then won't allow outside food. They didn't even inform you while checking in that room service closes at 10pm. Breakfast fast starts only at 8am and closes at 10am. I called them at 10-04am and they are saying breakfast is closed and we have cleared everything but when i went to breakfast hall, people were having breakfast. Hotel is almost empty but they didn't even allowed one hour late check out and charged half day tariff. Room is filled with mosquito. The gm/duty manager is not taking to guests for any issues. When i called reception to talk to gm/duty manager they say he won't talk over the phone and you have to come down. From 10am to 1am i went down 5 times and every-time the reception is saying he is buzy in meeting and they are not giving his mobile number. Breakfast is average. They won't allow outside food but their room service menu is very limited. They don't have very common coastal items like boiled rice and fish tava fry. Staff at reception is very unprofessional. The only good thing was the room service staff mr. Mathias was very good staff with lot of common sense. Very bad experience of two nights.

We booked this hotel for one day stay, i would like to share my bad and good experience both here. 1- they are lacking in hospitality, they didn't welcome with smiling faces. Reception people are so arrogant and rude. 2- i booked one room for 3 adults and they charged very high additional price for extra person which is much higher than other high rated hotels in udupi 3- they also charged breakfast charges for extra person as per their hotel norms and policy. 4- wheverver we stayed before in other hotels they provided cot with mattresses for extra person, but this cheap hotel has just provided mattresses and when i asked why don't provide cot they said this is only we provide madam. So this is not expected when we are paying this much of high amount and getting just mattresses not cot overall my experience was really bad with this hotel. I wish i wouldn't have booked this. We stayed 2nd day in white lotus hotel which was really good. Only good points for this hotel- rooms and washroom was clean and breakfast was good

Hotel Staff have no knowledge about what's included in the package and everyone is confused. Also, They haven't asked about the complimentary candle light dinner and were confused when I asked them about the airport Drop too etc. But the stay was alright. The staff at the hotel restaurant were so good 🥰. The rooms need to have proper toothbrush. there was only one. The staff were very polite tho, the only problem was regarding the knowledge related to the package.

I booked tea tree suit it was awesome, 10out of 100! best hospitality, best staff, best breakfast everything is best, they smoothly arranged car for sringeri and nearby places.

The property and location was good as well as the staff members other than the lady receptionist. She was way too rude to the guests. She made my stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. But all other staff members were very nice and especially mrs. Jayshree as in supervisor manager. More than the receptionist, she ensures to do the best by taking up responsibilities and takes care of the guests.

Early check in is chargeable at a very high price. Which is a weird hotel policy. If you lose the key card there is a fine for a piece of plastic rs. 500 fine. Being a hotelier it's a first time for this. Breakfast was normal could have been better
