The stay was good with a restaurant and pub.

Initial experience was not so good, as soon as reached hotel, i was told there is no room available even after a paid booking. After waiting for sometime after a long 9 hrs drive, a room was allocated. Room was fine, big. Location was also fine. It had a restaurant which was decent and food was good.

Bed cover and blanket was not clean

Early check in arranged despite hotel bookings being full! guest room arranged!

I booked 3 occupancy room but when i reached at hotel they provided me small room there is no place to 3rd person and bathroom have no place for bath only toilet seat space there and staff said we has this room only most terrible experience don’t book this hotel

Me and my family members we were the 3 of them got a dual complex types room with 2 ACs, comfortable bed and a nice balcony as well The only issue was with the hot water which had to be delivered in buckets separately

3. The room was really huge. But the facilities were so poor. No hygiene. No maintenance. No phone to call for room service. The commode was leaking. No tv works. It was a living hell.

The stay was pleasant and the room was clean, neat and total value for money with all the basic amenities. Your app was indeed very helpful in booking this hotel room. Thank you. Thank you
