In the center of Manisa, the matter is very good because it is next to the government house. The hotel building and its rooms are very old. The bathrooms are renovated. The room was very wide, the bathroom was jacuzzi, etc. Because we stayed in the superior room, it was not bad. The bed was very comfortable. There is a French balcony. I have been a guest of this hotel for 15 years. I have been always kind and timely. This time more than ever. I was sick in Covid during the Turkish stay and the hotel provided me an isolated room for quarantine, helping me and putting all the other guests safe.

I've been in many hotels before, but I've met a clean room for the first time. I stayed for a night before the victim's holiday. It was very good to prepare a separate bed before both the staff and my half-aged daughter arrived in the room. I and my wife left very happy. I recommend especially the Jakuzili rooms. It has even the most cool and clean Jakuzili rooms in the region.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous for my reasons. The rooms are large and comfy with gorgeous huge beds with everything you would need for your stay. Fridges in rooms, fabulous big waterfall showers and balconies. The staff are so kind and as my daughter and i had surgery in Izmir it was so lovely to have such kind staff to bring us ice packs and anything else we needed. They gave us a late check out to 2pm and the maid even gave up her time so we could shower and five before we left for the airport. Thank you to Gokcen, Hek, and Selda for making our stay so lovely ...see you again x

The hotel itself is good, but due to the problem of the platform, we were taken to a construction site through various map searches. It was a very bad experience, but it was solved smoothly. The room is of small size but is functional and for staying the night it was OK. In the shower room WC in the morning there was the smell of sewage coming from the sink overflow. Not really what you want for the start of the day!!!! The young lady at the reception desk was functional and helpful but did not go over the top with customer interaction. the English language skills were excellent. The breakfast served in the restaurant was good with a good variety of bread, pastries fruits, etc. As a vegetarian the omelets had meat in them, the restaurant manager Altan Uslu was very helpful and arranged for a meat-free omelet to be brought to the table. That was a very good service. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station so convenient for traveling between the airport and the hotel and very close to the seafront.

I stayed in the single room for business travel. Cleaning and service are great, the employees are friendly, relevant and relevant. The rooms are comfortable, comfortable.
