The location is OK, but the internet is very bad. The equipment is also poor. There is no hair dryer in the room. Do you need to go to the front desk? Shower head that leaks on the outside.

It's OK, clean and tidy, with complete surrounding facilities. When I was trapped in Valencia, there was food and drink in this location. There is a supermarket next to it, and the subway is at the door (although it can't be used). Everything is safe, convenient for life, and there are complete Chinese restaurants, etc.

Place was good 15 mins walk to the hotel from VLC. Although some was dirt road. It still safe to walk.
Lot of restaurants in the area and couple supermarkets around.

Since I book my stay with trip application, I asked them if available late check out, trip reply the next day early morning that it is available for 2 hours with 10€ payable at hotel reception.
I surprised that in the morning the hotel charge my account with 10€ without my authorisation.
It is true that I asked trip for late check out, but I didn’t authorise this.

The location is close to the airport, one subway stop away, about 12 minutes walk. The room is not big, but the hygiene is OK. There are several restaurants, small supermarkets, and a large and medium-sized supermarket around. The hotel has an underground parking lot. Overall, it is similar to a domestic express hotel. If you just stay overnight for a transfer and the price is controlled within 300-400, it is still OK.

Extremely poor service from the hotel.
Very uncooperative. I couldn't travel because of the flooding and therefore wanted to postpone my vacation in this region. The hotel was uncooperative and wouldn't let me cancel. I would have visited it another time, but not now! The service from Trip.com was great and I was refunded one of two nights. I can't recommend this hotel at all in terms of contact and service and will avoid it and not visit their chain.
