Everything was as expected except we booked a suite with a fireplace and upon check in found that there was no fireplace and all the rooms with one were already taken. I believe this to be a Trip.com mistake more than the Hotels.

Bad hotel staff, dirty room, coffee was terrible, bacon was burnt, and they called the cops instead of honoring the super late checkout that I paid for

I had a great stay at this hotel. The friendliest staff I’ve ever seen at a hotel. My room was very clean and the pool and hot tub were perfect for my family. Breakfast had tons to offer, even gluten-free options.

Didnt even stay one of the 2 nights. We checked in at 3 and out a 6:20 because of a blizzard coming and needed to leave to be ahead of it and get home safely.

We stayed 1 night in Dec. Check in was easy and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was a welcome perk after walking around the Kiwani's lights display. Checkout was quick. Would stay again, and recommend to friends.
