Unfortunately the elevator was broken and we had to take the internal, very narrow elevator and stairs. The bed linen wasn't completely clean either, there was still a hole in the bed sheet. We told reception, but when we came back nothing had changed. Disappointed.

Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral aber es ist sehr laut um den Hotel herum. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist wegen lärm unmöglich. Wir hatten einen Zimmer die nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Vor uns hat jemand mit seinem Hund in dem Zimmer übernachtet. ( Es wurde an der Reception gemeldet ) Die angegebenen räume wie Sauna und Schwimmbad waren geschlossen. Wir hätten lieber das Andere Leonardo Hotel in Mannheim buchen sollen.

Fijn hotel in de binnenstad van Mannheim. Alles is op loopafstand. Ontbijt was top!

房間設施中規中矩，不是特別新。服務不錯，早餐挺豐盛。位置很好，很方便。樓下有個意大利餐廳，酒店客人可以打折，酒保小哥熱情。

Sehr schönes Stadthotel mitten im Zentrum von Mannheim. Wenn man Zimmer zum Innenhof hat, ist es auch sehr ruhig. Viele gute Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Meine Empfehlung für Mannheim!!!

Alles war in Ordnung

Everything was perfect! Large room with 2 very big beds. That was a pleasant surprice. Great breakfast, lot to choose from. Gluten free was not a problem. Very close to everything.

Excellent experience from the moment we entered the hotel, given a room on arrival. Also on departure was allowed to leave luggage at reception until a time that suited. Room clean, had a fridge which was great. Will definitely return

The Leonardo would have gotten 5 stars except it was like an oven in our room. The property has an issue with the air conditioning. Thank God the large windows opened to allow (fortunately) cool air while we were there. Gabriella at the front desk was exceptionally nice and accommodating.
