A play to stay 🥰🥰🥰 don’t miss here .. it’s very close to the city and train station

Small but tidy with no drinking water..Great lobby bar tho

距離主火車站電車幾站路，門前就是電車站，交通方便，安靜安全，周邊有超市，性價比高，值得入住。

It is a few tram stops away from the main train station, with a tram stop right in front of the door. It has convenient transportation, is quiet and safe, and there are supermarkets nearby. It is cost-effective and worth staying.

Überraschend, Sauber, Freundlich und ein sehr angenehmer schöner Aufenthalt!

Top gefallen hat mir die zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption, die bequemen Betten und die unkomplizierte Buchung. Leider hat bereits um 8Uhr und um 9Uhr morgens die Reinigungskraft bei mir an der Tür mehrmals lautstark geklopft, daher war ausschlafen nicht möglich. Zudem war das Zimmer tagsüber und nachts sehr aufgeheizt, der Fahrstuhl war defekt und man nachts hörte man bei offenem Fenster vieles aus dem Innenhof. Der Preis von 185€ finde ich dementsprechend überhöht. 

We had spent our trip staying at this hotel unfortunately on the Saturday night there was an event so the parking was full . We had to pay the fees in advance so I did ask for refund at the reception as we parked on the street.The lady was rude from beginning and extremely unhelpful, told us to send an email . No one came back to us after 4 weeks we still waiting for our money.  I can’t believe that a guest is being ignored like that !!!!! Then they are cleaning the rooms every second day that means every second day we needed to go down to ask for new towels etc.  The receptionist very unpleasant person insulted other guests by calling them ossis ( the easten guys) , as they had a slightly accent . They were so shocked that they didn’t know what to say . Very unprofessional and not at all welcoming!!!!!  There are plenty other great hotels in Mannheim where guests are welcome and get the value for their money.

kleine Zimmer, komisches Personal, Ich bin Schwerbehindert und kam 2 Std. früher an da ich Hunger hatte, wurde ich wieder weggeschickt um in einem Restaurant was zu Essen zu bekommen, obwohl klar ersichtlich war das ich nur sehr schlecht laufen kann. Der Gast wird nur als lästiger Störenfried angesehen.
