I’m an international professional wrestler and this was the worst stay at a hotel I have ever experienced. I have stayed in hotels on multiple continents. Seriously the worst stay ever! Stay anywhere else but here. I should have camped under the over pass at the end of the block it would have been more enjoyable. Expired items sold to you out of the fridge. Rooms are filthy bathrooms are filthy. Roaches the size of key cards. No manager available at the facility. Can’t say it enough worst experience ever!!!

Fastest internet of any Marriott property I have ever stayed at. Download at 129 Mbps and Upload at 155 Mbps. I spoke with the manager and he said that was part of the renovation process. I usually stay here when on business in the Dallas area. Definitely will stay again.

We stayed at this hotel on a Friday night. We were unable to sleep due to renovations hammering and sawing that were occurring between the hours of 1 AM and 5 AM. We paid for an environment conducive to sleeping and that environment was not provided. When management was confronted by their sheer incompetence they refused to issue a refund or any kind of compensation. Sleeping in your car or go to the Hampton Inn next-door. This place is terrible.

The hotel is undergoing some construction in the main areas and refreshing of the rooms. Doesn’t change the noise factor, very loud road noise and paper thin walls. I have stayed here before and forgot how loud it was at all hours. Unfortunately I only managed a nap. Hope you don’t need ICE during your stay, all the machines are down. Went to each floor and experienced the same - under repair. Really??? Went to the front desk and they were unable to provide any. Reason for 2 stars and not 1 - the front desk day staff was very helpful and kind.

We booked this hotel room for our family using points after we thought we lost power when it was 105 outside. We walked outside to get in the car and saw the electric company fixing the line and they stated it would be running in 30 minutes. We called to cancel the booking less than 10 minutes after making it and were told by the receptionist they wouldn’t accommodate our cancellation. My husband travels for work Monday through Friday 50 weeks out of the year. He has the ability to choose what hotels he stays at and usually uses Marriott or Hilton. Since he is already a diamond member with Hilton, he decided to start giving Marriott a chance to compete. The lack of customer service and appreciation at this location has ensured we will continue to use Hilton for all future bookings. They obviously know how to take care of their customers where Marriott cannot. My family has lifetime platinum status with Marriott, as well as two time shares, so this was pretty disheartening to see. Bring back the old Marriott that puts customers first.

When we walked in the toilet seat was up and the hand towel had been used. However, the bathroom and the rest of the room was very clean. The hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfast food was very good. It was a good experience, apart from the toilet seat which we assumed was due to a worker having been in the room.

We have been staying at Marriott properties for several years. Have been a member since 2005 and will get an email to leave a review after our stays. I will submit reviews leave honest feedback. Our stay was June 30th and July 1st. I have been waiting for the notification to leave my review on Marriott, but since it hasn't arrived, I am leaving it here. Odd how I never received an email to review our stay. I believe this might be the first time this has happened. So, after that long opening, this is probably the most unwelcoming stay we have ever had. When I checked us in on June 30th, the gentleman at the front desk seemed almost bothered I was there and only spoke to me two times, asking my last name and telling me he would be right back when he left to get the key cards for our room. He never informed me of any amenities, such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast hours and so forth. The common areas were far from clean. Saturday morning July 1st, in the breakfast area, the tables were dirty and there was garbage on the floor. One of the staff working in this area was on her cell phone the entire time we were in this area. The hallways had garbage and linens strewn about. On Sunday morning, the common area still had garbage and linens on the floor, but we lucked out with one of the staff members in the breakfast area. Thank you Maria! You couldn't have been more helpful, kind and engaging. We hope that you are recognized for your hard work. I will say that our room was clean, well stocked and had a fresh smell to it. Our positive interaction with Maria couldn't outweigh the all of the negatives from our stay and that's why the review is rated low.

Booked hotel for a baseball tournament as we are Marriott loyalty members and wanted to use our gift card from applying for a credit card. Front desk was very rude and incredibly poor customer service, refused to apply our gift card to the stay even though they promote the gift card for signing up. Didn’t give us any information for our stay in the hotel. Our room was dirty, stained curtains, hole in wall, pool closed, room incredibly hot stayed around 76 even with AC blasting. Tiny gym with only 2 treadmills and a stairclimber, weight bench that was hot as heck as well. We are staying in Texas for 9 nights and moved to the Element Los Colinas which is stunning and has impeccable customer service. We would not stay at this hotel again.
