I have often frequented this hotel in the past years always in winter and for professional reasons always getting a very good impression. Mindful of these experiences, I booked an overnight stay in a premium room a few days ago, believing I was experiencing the same positive emotions of the past. Unfortunately this was not the case. Quite the contrary. This hotel is rated 3 stars S, the rating should guarantee certain services and amenities that I honestly have not found. The structure is affected by the ravages of time and would need renovation but unfortunately this is not the point. The room on arrival was very cold, the heating was not adequate or malfunctioning and was unable to raise the temperature in any way even though the thermostat was set to maximum. It is difficult to try to sleep in this environment where there was not even a blanket in the wardrobe, to get it I had to go to the lobby to collect it but unfortunately it was of little use. The empty mini-bar, the safe not present as the stationery (paper, pen and other), no glass and least of all slippers. But let's get to the bathroom: 1 plastic cup, a small bottle of bubble bath, a bar of soap and a barely warm heater. Nothing else. To finish the night in the cold and start the day a very poor breakfast served as in the company canteens. The 3 star S hotels are different.
