Muy buen lugar mantienes las instalaciones limpias, esta cerca de bares y un bonito sector para caminar. Las habitaciones amplias y muy buen servicio. El bufete no es tan variado pero cumple en cuanto a sabor y calidad. Lo mejor del lugar es la vista

I have been in Ecuador for a month, and this hotel has been my least favorite. The staff does not seem to communicate well and is inconsistent in applying policies. The views are great, and the pool is nice, but the staff needs training and simplified processes. The rooms are also very sparse. I was surprised by the rating of this hotel on *******. I checked out as soon as I could, and I am glad I was only there for one night.

Sacan ventaja de ser “pet friendly”. Te cobran un valor extra por llevar a tu perro, aparte otro valor extra porque deben moverte a una habitación distinta y aparte otro valor extra porque el iva no esta contemplado en la web. Total $94 extra por noche si deseas llevar a tu perrito. Sin mencionar que mi perrito es de soporte y eso tampoco les interesa, el perro paga como otra persona, lo cual no entiendo, si ni va a desayunar ni usar la piscina.
