super noise. the worst hotel i have ever been to.

Similar to a fast hotel, service is no problem, breakfast is average

1. The pictures and texts do not match seriously. The deluxe twin room is booked, and the picture is advertised as having a sea view. But the room given was on the 2nd floor, and the front desk said that there were no rooms on high floors. The room doesn't even have a window, only a light-transmitting glass window. The whole layout is similar to a university dormitory. I'm really sorry for the price. 2. There is no private beach, which does not match the hotel's publicity. The nearest beach takes about 15 minutes by taxi. 3. The publicity says that the airport pick-up is free, but the pick-up service was reserved a week in advance, and the pick-up service is said to be full. I can only take a taxi by myself. 4. The environment is average. The layout of the rooms is like a university dormitory. It is very dense. There are no windows for ventilation in the basic rooms, and there is no ventilation fan. There are very few buffet items. 5. Ctrip's customer service is very good, and they have been helping to coordinate the pick-up. The hotel front desk and restaurant waiters are also good.

酒店食物非常衞生，早餐豐富，種類可選很多，晚餐的食物也很好。酒店前台、客房、餐飲部服務不錯，有問題可以溝通解決。主要是在trip.com預訂全款付款費用後，酒店説沒收到房費，準備讓我再交一次房費，我説我全款付了，給他們看了訂單，然後拍下了我的trip.com的收據，就很奇怪，定了這麼多次酒店，頭一次碰到這個情況。

LO MEJOR DE MANTA

Very Nice and clean hotel. Excellent place to stay. The restaurants have high quality food and the staff are lovely. Recommendable to stay!!! The rooms are spacious and clean and it is a very warm city so the air condition works there. They think it is important to think about the water use and it is very economic. Comfortable and good atmosphere.

I had to carry my bags in from taxi. Four people at counter to check me in. First two rooms were not good so I agreed on the third room, hotel appears empty, but the put you in the rooms on the road not the water view rooms. Late check out is very expensive, $20 an hour. Seems very overpriced for Ecuador.

Check in was slow and tedious Pool has no sun at 2 pm and there was a kids party ! For us, the guests of the hotel, there was no consideration! No food, no chairs , no special place ! Horrible experience Rooms: I booked a room with sea view and was given a room with partially sea view!!!! Amenities were awful ! Hotel’s employees weren’t attentive as a hotel employee should be in a business we’re this is a “have to”. Very very disappointed . Very expensive for this! I will never recommend this hotel or ever come back! Awful

We stayed in one of the lofts which are supposed to be the best that this hotel has to offer and out experience was extremely disappointing. Several items didn’t work: 1) No blackout curtains on the top floor even though it faces a paddle court with bright lights until late at night. 2) no hot water in the downstairs bathroom, eventually the solution was to run the shower upstairs so that warm water would flow downstairs 3) the shower door in the top bathroom didn’t close 4) the room didn’t get clean unless we called several times to get it done 5) the stairs carpet was torn 6) there were only two sun umbrellas at the swimming pool and one was broken 7) one of the floorboards in the loft was unsecured and made a ton of noise when stepped over it 8) burned lightbulb We provided feedback to the front desk and also asked to change rooms but nothing was done. Terrible customer service and communication. We are six guests that will never stay there again. I have stayed at several Wyndhams before and this one is definitely managed below expectations.

Excelente desayuno, una hermosa vista, su ubicación está muy cerca de grandes restaurantes, como plaza La Cuadra, o el restaurante Martinica, se comunica directamente con la vía Spondylus, la cuál nos lleva a las playas de San Mateo a 10 minutos y a 20 la Playa Sta. Marianita

Un hotel con muy buena ubicación, su personal dispuesto siempre a ayudar, habitaciones accesibles comida deliciosa una linda piscina, le falta accesibilidad a la piscina, es cuestión de decisión política poner una silla hidráulica para discapacitados con eso sería el hotel perfecto

Muy agradable la estancia en el hotel, estuve de vacaciones con mi familia y desde el registro de entrada hasta la salida fue muy agradable en atención y facilidades del hotel. Muchas gracias y sigan adelante.

Piscina sumamente fría. Para un hotel con este costo se espera q este temperada. Desayuno malo las chicas q atienden uno ni terminaba de comer y sacaban el plato sin preguntar .por ejemplo en el oro verde hay ceviche uno mismo se sirve lo q quiere. Acá hay unas tasitas sumamente pequeñas con un solo camarón. Comida se nota q es hecha a la rápida. El oro verde tiene precio similar y el 4 veces mejor tanto en piscina como en desayuno. Mala atención al cliente. El cuarto tenia mal olor.

Las habitaciones son lindas y mantienen un buen ambiente y limpieza. Sin embargo, en recepción falta de hospitalidad y entusiasmo, las recepcionistas pudieron tener un mejor trato a lo que llegamos, parecía que no les gustara trabajar ahí! Mantienen buenas instalaciones y una excelente vista al mar! Un lugar céntrico para comida y turismo en Manta.
