I only rated this a one star because zero was not an option. There is no one actually on site; all check in and customer service is handled via a kiosk staffed by a person in the Phillipines. I am in the middle of an 8 day stay. Every single day my keycard has failed to work and I've had to get a new one. Each time I was told that the keyward was "issued wrong" and that I would not have to deal with that again. Today, after she issued me a new keycard, I asked a lot of direct questions about why this was happening, after which she asked me to dump the keycard she had JUST given me and she then issued me a new one, stating that it would work for the remainder of my stay. I then asked point blank if they had a policy of only issuing one day keycards. I asked this multiple times and she never answered yes or no, so draw your own conclusions. I then asked for the manager, some guy named Ved. Of course, he was not available and wasn't going to be available, but I could email him. A minor additional complaint is that they do not tell you that they do not service the rooms during your stay.
