Personally, I liked the hotel, it's hilarious so don't expect a luxury resort, it lacks many things but I would recommend it.

El peor hotel en el que he estado, además de mala atención, me cobraron 9000 pesos más de una cena de año nuevo que era obligatoria si no perdía mi dinero, jamás me subieron toallas a la habitación, tampoco control para la TV no había snacks, la promo dice 24 HRS y un día eran las 11 y baje por agua y me la negaron cosa que deberíamos tener en la habitación, super mal experiencia, entre los huéspedes platicábamos y no ha IA uno contento, si les sirve mi experiencia para no vivir un mal momento que bueno.

**Aquí Roban** Son unas ratas se robaron los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito. Pagué en recepción con una tarjeta que solo uso en ocasiones especiales y semanas después de usarla en el hotel me llegaron unos cargos no reconocidos, el hotel fue el último lugar donde usé la tarjeta y antes de eso tenía dos meses sin usarla. Sobre el hotel, ya ni lo deben de ofrecer como un resort, ya parece balneario con bungalows. No hay camastros en la alberca, ya solo ponen sillas de plástico, igual en la playa y el buffet, vi como a un muchacho se le rompió una silla en el desayuno yéndose hasta el piso y nadie del hotel se acercó al menos a preguntar si estaba bien. Ya no hay snack en la alberca, la comida muy simple y está lleno de cucarachas. Tampoco la noche la dan tan barata para el trato. Ya no vayan, ese lugar ya no es un hotel, es un balneario y además te roban.
