The stay experience was particularly good. Wu Na at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. If I wanted to change to a lake view room, I didn't need to go downstairs to change the room card. She brought it up directly. She helped me with my luggage and changed rooms. The whole stay process was pleasant and reassuring.
