我們本來預訂的地暖雙床房。到店後，酒店前台喻雪熱情的接待了我們併為我們升級為套房，無奈我們進房間後温度一直升不起來，感覺很冷，又聯繫喻雪，喻雪立刻帶我們去看了C區的幾個房型，最後在328入住。小喻不怕麻煩、積極為我們解決問題，為這樣的耐心服務點贊👍
另外，C區328的馬桶有問題，馬桶沖水亂噴。

環境好，酒店裝修是民族風格，藏羌文化濃郁。房間在四合院的院子裏，中庭的花園清新漂亮。酒店服務很貼心，這季節雖然寒冷，但是客房提前為我們開了暖氣，一進房間撲面而來的温暖簡直暖到心裏，晚上還送了晚安熱牛奶。滿意至極，下次帶朋友滑雪還在住這裏！

It was the first time I brought my kids to Maoxian to see the snow. After comparing online, I chose to stay at Mingyu Yashe Hotel. I believe in the quality of the brand. It is indeed my favorite hotel. The hotel lobby is very high-end and the room facilities are complete, and the hot water is smooth. The hotel service is very good. The front desk enthusiastically helped us plan the itinerary, and the room sent us good night milk. This trip was a very cost-effective hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time I take my kids skiing!
