El hotel tiene instalaciones agradables, aunque las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado.Mi experiencia fue en grata hasta el momento del check out, cuando me decepcionó la falta de transparencia del personal. Al ingresar, pregunté específicamente por el estacionamiento y no se me informó que tenía un costo adicional. Recién en el check out me notificaron que debía abonarlo, y que "por ser socia del ACA, podría haber utilizado sin cargo otro estacionamiento a 100 metros". Deberían haberme informado este detalle al ingresar. Para colmo, uno de los valet parking se atrevió a hacer un comentario sobre el kilometraje de mi auto, totalmente inapropiado. El personal tampoco controla quien ingresa al hotel.

La atención de todo el personal es muy buena tanto de el personal de limpieza están muy atentos a lo que necesitan. Y el personal que atiende en la merienda y almuerzo son muy atentos en los servicios. Muy buen y abundante desayuno y muy buena comida. Y el personal de atención de entrada al hotel están muy atentos en todo momento para solucionar todo problema que tenemos 😉 😜

La atención súper. El lugar increíble ubicación. La habitación muy buena. Tienen una sala para juegos que se entretienen los chicos. Y el restaurant de primer nivel, precios razonables y la calidad de primera. Ambiente relajado. Super tranquilo y muy amables todos.

Todo muy bien para ser un 3 estrellas. Frente a Plaza Colon, una cuadra de los lobos. El estacionamiento es con valet parking. Personal atento , buena limpieza. Pedimos una habitacion en un piso alto y fue bueno por el poco ruido de la avenida Colon.

Ubicación cercana del mar, de diversos rubros comerciales y de transporte público hacia el puerto y hacia Museo de Arte o Sta Clara del Mar.A 8 cuadras del la famoss calle Güemes y del Centro Comercial ex terminal de ómnibus. Muy buena atención e información por parte del personal administrstivo. Habitaciones cómodas. Limpias, luminosas e insonorizadas. Al baño de la 404 le faltan percheros.
