The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the information is in Spanish. However, they were more than happy to print it for us in English. The breakfast had a big choice of hot and cold food including pancakes, cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit etc. We would highly recommend the marine pools which is all salt water. There are lots of jets in hot and cold water including a physiotherapy pool to float in. We also had a massage which included the Hammam vaporise for 45 minutes. This was hot and cold different rooms like sauna, water jets, walk in stones with cold water and then hot water. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only downside was that we went on the 24th of June. This was a red day ( St John the Baptist) and restaurants around the local area were closed. The hotel restaurant and bar was also closed as it doesn't open into the first of July.

The room was pretty good, not far from the seaside, a very quiet place. Breakfast is okay, but sometimes dinner is not available. Without a car, it is not very convenient to go outside.

It was everything as they told me who recommended it to me and I recommend it alone or in a group relax service quality price

Spectacular room, very clean, spacious, comfortable bed. The stay has been fantastic. The spa is amazing. We have been wanting more. We will be back

The truth is that it was a very pleasant stay and they treated us very well. The only downside is that for a 4-star hotel they do not answer from room service and they did not come to make up the room. Otherwise all great.

Four-star hotel that is related to its general facilities. The breakfast included with the reservation was quite complete and varied. Highlight the spa for its facilities, which are also included with the reservation at no additional cost. The cost of parking is €5 although there is outdoor parking free of charge. Its location is not good since the beach area is quite far away and it is isolated.

Great hotel to relax on a weekend with a spa without hours, come in whenever you want until 8 in the afternoon, the breakfast buffet was delicious, there was everything, the room was great, the new hotel in front, a large space for parking

We stayed two nights on October 8 and 9. They did not fix the room despite having requested it in the afternoon, because when we arrived after eating it was not fixed. When we left to go to the spa, we found the cleaner and told her and when we returned, nothing at all. No cleaning, no towels, no bathrobes... Nothing. No way. A shame because everything else was great: breakfast, the room, views, the grounds, the spa, the beautiful plants...

The stay was good, quiet and clean hotel. It wasn't the first time and we will be back soon!

Spam is fine. The hotel quite far from everything. I didn't like the mattresses, I expected them to be of higher quality given the level of the hotel

We have already come to this hotel quite a few times and we love it: the pool, the breakfast, the rooms... whenever we come we are very comfortable but on this occasion we have had to put up with a lunatic screaming in the hallways at 4 o'clock 30 in the morning with the consequent lack of rest and anger of the moment.

All very well! The facilities were very good. We have had a very good day
