The hotel is located in a national park and is convenient for safari. Family room, huge space and two bathrooms. Bathroom quality is good. Suitable for a family of four or two couples. Hotel service is very good. Hotel service is very good. But there is no phone or TV in the room. The hotel that took a hot air balloon ride proactively provided a manual wake-up call service.

Had a wonderful time at Sarava Mara! The hotel staff was very courteous, special shoutout to Ole and Doreen. The club lounge gave a feeling of an intimate meal complete with a bonfire! The rooms were squeaky clean and the advantage of being at the start of the reserve meant ease in entry and exit. Honestly, Mara itself is very worth it and Sarova Mara made the experience even more special ❤️

We had the immense pleasure of celebrating my Dad's 87th birthday at Mara Sarova. The staff were beyond exceptional—so helpful and incredibly friendly. A special thank you to Chef Andrew and Daisy for their attentive care in meeting my sister's vegetarian needs. Samuel deserves endless praise for his constant assistance in transporting my disabled father via electric golf cart to his tent. Our waiter Andrew always greeted us with the warmest smile at breakfast, making our mornings delightful. The staff's dedication and kindness truly made our stay hassle-free and thoroughly enjoyable. Mara Sarova is a remarkable place because of its remarkable people. We can't wait to return!

Excellent location to explore the area, enjoyed every outing organized by Across Tour Operator Portugal. Very good variety of meals, with several vegan options. All the staff very nice and helpfull. The room was very comfortable, could observe wildlife within the hotel. Beautiful and very well kept organic garden/orchrad. Many Thanks!!

Excellent accommodation; Rooms were very clean and the grounds were well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming and made each of us feel special. They packed lunches for our safaris and there was nothing wanting during our stay as they accommodated our every need. A special thank you to Jayne, who made us feel very special, as well as Daisy and Andrew. The food was excellent, with great variety to choose from each meal. We were impressed that most of the vegetables were grown on site. We look forward to our next trip to the Sarova Mara and another great experience at this location.

We stayed at the Sarova Mara during our honeymoon to Kenya. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff took the time to get to know us and seemed genuinely interested in our travels/game drives. The extra special touches at dinner and in our room didn’t go unnoticed and we felt so well looked after. The grounds, rooms and washrooms were immaculate and the food was some of the best we had throughout our whole trip. The packed lunch for our game drive was so much more than expected! By far one of our favourite places to have stayed. The staff is what make Sarova Mara special. In particular Daisy who made sure our stomachs were full morning, noon and night! We hope to be back one day.

Very good location with tree coverage, friendly staff, pleasant rooms and good food. All around a good experience. We saw all the big cats on safaris and loved the extracurriculas activities like archery with Matias. Good for family trips.

Sarova Mara is one of the most wonderful hotels I’ve ever been to. The grounds are clean, well kept, and beautiful. It is surrounded by the wild Masai Mara which sings to you at night The hospitality is beyond generous and caring, especially Caroline , Alex , Rolex, Anthony, and the chef Dominic! Our “club” tent is clean, well decorated, and spacious! The food is so delicious with fresh vegetables picked from their organic garden, with much variety for carnivores, vegetarians, and vegans. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. We highly recommend this place!

I love this hotel was very fun time many activities to do never get bored. BRYAN was a amazing activity person always had different ideas to keep us entertained. Food was the best i have ever had. Service was also amazing And super clean. Couldn’t be happier with my stay here!!!
