This hotel is awful. We don’t have electricity from time to time. Every time we come back, there are 10+ flies waiting for us. The blanket is dirty too. We don’t even want to touch it. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I don’t understand why it gets so many good reviews here.

Great place. Staff was Ultra friendly. Our "waiter", Jamlick, knew our names and Drink preferences on the first day. And we were in a group of 12. Wonderful setting. Great tent rooms. Would highly recommend the camp. No complaints. All positives!

Sentrim Mara was a good place to stay for visiting Masai Mara park. We slept in a very large room/tent with thick wall bathroom. Room was clean, and dinner was at buffet with international/indian choices. We had chance to have take away breakfast/lunch for the day after. Friendly staff We could not test the swimming pool since in July it was still a bit cold during late afternoon

We stayed 2 nights in a tent. It was a great stay! The tent was very clean and had a full bathroom. Every night they put up a mosquito net, which was great. The people are amazing and super nice, especially Mark and Nicolas. The food is also very good with a home made buffet & some cooks who prepare some fresh dishes!

We enjoyed our stay at Sentrim which was good value. The welcoming and courteous staff are a real credit to the lodge and made for a very pleasant stay. Special mentioned to Nicholas who and Francis who looked after us wonderfully at breakfast lunch and dinner.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Sentrim Mara Lodge,Masaimara. We had a very comfortable stay and the staff were very warm and welcoming especially Lilian and Dennis. We had great sightings and a wonderful Safari. Overall it was a memorable experience!!

Very good stay and very nice people. All the staff were accommodating and happy, and that made our stay!:) Especially, Marc, our waiter, was super nice and helpful and he cooks, Nicolas and Benson. If I had to point to something, I would suggest upgrading the pool/lounge area with more sun beds and chairs.

Very nice place to go for a safari trip. The cabins are nice and clean, and the pool area is a good place to relax between trips. But the personal is really what I want to highlight. Very nice and smiling people. Shout out to especially Marc! Niklas! And Peter! Hope you get Marc as your waiter if you take a trip here. 🙏✌️🇰🇪🦒

The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and provided a great place to relax after exploring Massai Mara National Park. The food was good, with a variety of options. Every meal was enjoyable and well-prepared, offering both local and international dishes. The location was inside Maasai Mara, allowing us to be already in the park and make the most of our time there. Moreover, the staff was very kindness and helpfulness. This lodge provided a pleasant and convenient stay. I recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
