We recently celebrated my daughter's birthday at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make everything perfect. The highlight of our celebration was the fantastic food prepared by Chef Patrick. Chef Patrick was incredibly understanding and accommodating of our dietary needs. He put together a menu that was absolutely delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted incredible. You could really tell he loves what he does. The atmosphere of the hotel, along with the exceptional service and the attentive care from Resort Manager Daniel, made my daughter's birthday truly special. I highly recommend Jambo Mara Safari Lodge for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy a great stay. Thank you, Daniel and the entire team, for making my daughter's birthday so wonderful!

Personale gentilissimo come per tutte le strutture Pulizia impeccabile Tuttavia sul rapporto qualità prezzo il giudizio è insufficiente: per i prezzi richiesti i servizi offerti sono stati più che scadenti con riferimento al cibo Mentre è comprensibile che le camere siano ricavate da containers ( serrature inaffidabil: si sono guastate le chiavi elettroniche, le prese elettriche assolutamente insufficienti e mal funzionanti) poiché siamo in un contesto semi/selvaggio, il cibo è di qualità più che scadente In particolare abbiamo chiesto il lunch box per il viaggio di ritorno e per 25 dollari abbiamo trovato solo del pane 2 frutti e un succo. Avrebbe dovuto esserci anche della carne come avvenuto il giorno prima ma siamo stati bellamente truffati Vale la pena spendere di più (abbiamo provato la catena sopa restorts ad esempio) con risultati di livello decisamente più alto

Front desk people are not fit to be in the hospitality industry. They are rude and give wrong WiFi password with confidence. I hate wearing wrinkly clothes. Upon requesting multiple times for an iron box , they couldn’t provide one because they didn’t know whom they had given it to and they have just 1 for the entire property. I waited from 6:30pm till 9:30pm. They have no regard for anybody’s time. I’m supposed to be up at 3am for an early morning activity and they kept me waiting until I went to the reception to ask about the update. After a long day nobody wants such bad service. I have given few clothes for laundry and I’m worried now if they will misplace it or not give it on time.

we stayed at the lodge for 3 days when doing a safari in masai mara and everything was exceptional, staff went out of their way and catered for all our needs, thanks to samafrika safaris for great choice of lodge,we were lucky sam tailored our safari to suit our budget and great choice of destination. we shall revisit and highly recommend samafrika safaris and and jambo mara safari lodge

Good location near Masai Mara. Amongst the staff, Nick stood out as really helpful. Thank you Nick for your services and welcome at Jambo Mara. Food selection was good- but I would suggest improving on the dessert. Our bath water was lukewarm for all 3 nights we were there, and room entrances had a peculiar odor. Other than that, the rooms were mostly clean and well maintained.

The people are the nicest of the world!!!! Amazing service, amazing people. The tour was also amazing. Thank you to everyone! Rolex, Lema, Denis, everyone!! The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable and pretty. Loved everything about this vacation.

Very comfortable and clean lodges with hot water, 24 hour electricity and WiFi. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom which was appreciated. The restaurant was also lovely with a wide selection of food and the staff working there were very friendly and helpful.

Jambo Mara is one of the most comfortable midrange Hotels for you in Masaai Mara. The reception was friendly, the delicacies are tasty and fresh . There's is no better place I can recommend for a traveller on a midrange budget and looking for a memorable stay in Masaai Mara

I have stayed at this hotel several times. All my fellow travelers enjoyed the very beautiful atmosphere of the hotel. The behavior of the staff was very loving and respectful. The quality of food in this hotel is not very high, but it is good. The hotel pool is very, very wonderful. There is also a good gym and ping pong table there. Indeed, the rooms do not have internet and you have to be in the restaurant or lobby for internet.
