Light, bright and airy. We had a spacious room with a good sized bathroom with heated towel rail, bathrobes and face cloths. It's one of the few hotels that provides two luggage areas in the room so you can unpack easily. Beds and pillows are good. The parking is easy too, and the service is attentive and professional. The restaurant is very good - delicious food and great value. It's a great location in the heart of the old town, but access to the peripherique by car is relatively stress free.

Réservé via social deal. Belle découverte, ville charmante. Chambre et literie confortable, joliment décorée, installation spa propre et moderne , bon restaurant, très chouette WE passé entre mère et fille. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Fantastisch hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk restaurant. We zijn hier al eerder geweest. Prima parkeergelegenheid midden in het stadje. Mooie kamers. En als we dan 1 minpuntje moeten aangeven, dan zijn het de harde bedden. Dit is echter persoonlijk.

Personnel de l’hôtel très professionnel, rien à dire tout était parfait pour nous, nous avions choisi un appartement qui contenait deux chambres et un séjour, il y avait même une salle d’eau et une salle de bain. C’était très bien pour nous qui sommes 5 . Beaucoup d’espace, je conseille pour les familles . Nous reviendrons. Merci beaucoup.

Excellent accomodations with attentive personalized customer service. We stayed in a large, comfortable one bedroom apartment like hotel room. It was very nicely appointed and a great location to explore the region. The spa facilities and offerings were a big plus. Highly recommend this hotel.

Superbe séjour à l'hôtel et au restaurant. Personnel de l'hôtel très sympathique et à l'écoute du client. Très bon restaurant, des plats délicieux, le personnel aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel restaurant car nous avons passé 4 jours fantastiques. Un bonjour à Madame Masson et à la dame de Verviers à la réception.
