Stone Boutique Hotel

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, we were pleased with everything.

The room was stuffy and damp, there was no shower cabin, insects were wandering around the room, we had to spend the night in another hotel.

The hotel was nice in terms of its location. Located in Old Mardin, the hotel was within walking distance of many places here. The hotel does not have parking service. You can either leave it at any parking lot yourself, which is quite expensive, or if you find an empty space on the street, you can leave it there. I expected there to be at least a contracted parking service. The breakfast was below average. I've been staying in so many hotels and I've never seen such a breakfast. It is very unfair to call this service breakfast + room service. Additionally, when we called the hotel to find out the exact location of the hotel before making a reservation from hotels, the officer asked us the price of the hotels, and we told them. He said that if we wanted, we could make a reservation from them rather than through hotels. When we said that we wanted to do it through hotels, the hotel's room price immediately increased by 50-55 TL. This is the first time we have encountered something like this. Frankly, if your aim is just to find a place to sleep in the evening and to have a good location, yes, you can stay, but other than that, there shouldn't be much expectation.
