Outstanding
MMINLINGThis is one of the most satisfying hotels I have been to travel around the world for 440 days. The hotel is located on the top of the old city of Malding and cannot be driven, but the hotel will send someone to carry the luggage up. I booked for two days and decided to stay for two more days. The hotel front desk actually took the initiative to give a 20% discount. The hotel is clean, beautiful and tasteful.
For me to be delicious, the biggest highlight of the hotel is the restaurant. Breakfast is not a buffet, but it is more refined and will make you eat until you are satisfied. In addition to the hotel's homemade food that can't be called by name, I also learned my preference from my driver and cooked lettuce for me to eat. The laundry at the hotel is free and very good.
Maldine is a real ancient city, the most distinctive Turkish city except Istanbul. The ancient and exquisite carvings on the stone of the old city building are tireless. Standing in the hotel, you can see the Mesopotamia Plain as a dream. History is recorded in the Maldingy car in the streets and lanes, as if it really returned to the millennium.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a 10/10 aesthetically however the challenge starts entering into the hotel. There are about 100 steps uphill and zero vehicle access into the vicinity of the hotel. Reception staff 10/10 two of the staff members met us at the car park about 500meters away and carried our suitcases to the hotel room. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly attentive and extremely nice 10/10 Our hotel room was extremely authentic, clean and mesmerising 10/10. Bathroom was the biggest problem. Cosmetically 10/10 however practicality 2/10. You couldn’t swing a cat. I’m small so I could move around freely but for a bigger person GOOD LUCK. The hand towel hoop ended up on the floor. The hand basin very pretty was small and as a female I had no where to place all my toiletries and hair straightener. I had to place it in the sink. 1/10. The shower well the hand held unit kept falling off its hook and when the shower curtain was closed inside the shower was impossible to see 0/10 extremely claustrophobic. I had to request a iron nil in room. I didn’t realise that the Nescafé machine was used to heat the water for tea. The coffee cups were not replaced back into my room after I left them in the courtyard. Breakfast was the main reason why I gave a 3 star. It was amazing !! Best breakfast ever I mean the BEST. I wondered why I paid so much for This hotel? I think it was for the breakfast spread I paid for. 10/10. Value for money $415aud a night 3/10. Yes it’s a pretty hotel but I seriously don’t believe it’s worth it.

Very Good
Stayed for 2 nights and the overall quality is good, a Hilton standard. Location and view is great. All of the personnel are very helpful and try to maximize your happiness during the stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. And then the staff: everyone - be it at the front desk, the dining area or your house keeping personnel are really fabulous, friendly and will always try to make your stay simply great. We felt so welcome. Thank you Hilton!

We loved this hotel! It’s like staying in a palace. People may be bothered in that your room may not have a window, but it did have an air conditioning unit. The bathroom is tiny and a bit cramped, but there’s good water pressure. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The setting is magnificent with chairs outside where you can watch the sunset. Reception was very helpful in procuring a taxi/guide for us. Not for weak knees as there are lots of steps with no hand rails.

Mardinin güzel manzarası, otelden çıktığınızda gördüğünüz kale, gezilecek dükkanlar çok yakın merkezde olduğu için yürüme mesafesi gezebilirsiniz.. otelin temizliği, kahvaltısı, kahve ikramları çok güzel..
