Beautiful stay! Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and all the amenities you need are provided for. I enquired about staying an extra night and they accommodated during a busy period and made the transition effortless. Location is the best I’ve had in Margaret River being located right in the centre of town and you can tell they really take pride in ensuring you have a very comfortable stay whilst here.

Location is great, close to everything including Coles opposite the road. Many other shops. Nice and quiet place. We stayed there only one night in June and after returning from dinner after 9pm, all the secured parking lots were taken up. They allowed us to park at the reception area but this space is not gated.

Wonderful little English pub turned chalet hotel only a 5 minute stroll to the main road of the town centre (Bussell Hwy) Staff were very helpful, although had very short access to them. (Front desk closed at 6pm) We enjoyed a wonderful meal from The River Bar and Bistro down stairs. Their whisky, gin amd wine list is pretty awesome. There is a bottle shop conveniently located next door too and its directly opposite the MR Recreation / Aquatic Centre if you wish to exercise before heading out on a wine tour.
We loved the spacious fridge for storing all of our cheese and wines. We loved having a bath to soak in after a long day exploring the forests. We can't wait to come back and stay again!!

Here, like the resort, we live in studios, pots, pans and pans, suitable for small days, feel like opening a retirement, there is a laundry room, bbq area, swimming pool, a lot of local children come to vacation with skateboarding The car bike is riding, very comfortable. And it's really a summer resort, and the summer evening is so cold, you must bring your trousers.

Our friend booked your place for a special birthday where we enjoyed a two night stay. Parking up our vehicle and walking everywhere through Margaret River. We arrived just before the office closes at 6pm. The girls at the office were super friendly and helpful. They suggested where we can grab our dinner. As the front room is not installed with a heater, they offered a portable fan heater for me to use which turned out to be a blessing. The rooms were very clean and we totally enjoyed our stay there. We even got to see a sky full of stars!! Overall, very happy with our booking.

The hotel rooms are very large and the internal facilities are good, but there are not many public facilities to enjoy. The location is considered to be at the end of the town, but the town is not big, and it is not far to eat and shop in the town. The breakfast was awful. There were only Western-style bread, milk, coffee, and the like. There were no other hot Western-style foods. We were not used to Chinese breakfast. We didn’t even have any interest in the free breakfast for two nights.

What’s good: The double bed is comfy and spacious, Queen Room had great space. Six soft drink cans and two waters complimentary. Tea and coffee great. Staff were lovely. Microwave and bar fridge worked fine. Air conditioning in room worked fine. Four minutes drive from the Main Street of town. What’s not: The Stay Margaret River official website states they are ‘luxury accommodation’, this is extremely misleading. $954.00AUD for three nights with no daily housekeeping. Room service delivered like takeaway but at room service prices, delivered in cardboard containers, not on a tray, no plates or cutlery, small portions for the price. Dishes cooked and delivered in no particular order. No food orders accepted after 8pm, even on a weekend. If you want your coffee cups, glasses, plates replaced, you have to take them to the ‘self catering centre’ and replace them yourself. TV in room is not a Smart TV. Entire complex is so tired, pool, grounds, furniture; shower in the bath. If you’re paying over $300 a night, you expect a bit more IMO. Either reduce your price to a budget hotel level or improve the facilities and service.

We loved our stay! They were so friendly and the room was super cute and cosy. Had everything we needed in the room for our stay. The garden view was nice despite it being winter. It was cold in the morning but we still sat outside to watch the birds play and chirp. There is also a short forest walk at the back which was quite nice. Got some nice photos of the flowers. Do recommend. :)
