Hotel molto curato con personale giovane sempre sorridente e disponibile così come il direttore Ceglie. Noi abbiamo soggiornato a Palazzo Novecento ( facente parte del Grand Hotel delle terme) in un spazioso appartamento, con ampio terrazzo affacciato sul mare. Spiaggia attrezzata e a due passi dall’hotel. È stata una bella esperienza per tutta la famiglia.

This was the final stop on a tour of Puglia. It is situated centrally, with its own access to the beach, which is sandy and clean. The hotel was nothing special, and although it was said to have had a refurbishment, this seemed limited to the bathroom, where ours had a walk-in shower, marble-effect sink area, and a bidet. The decor was dated, and the only plug we could find easily in the room was attached to the coffee machine (which was full of dirty water with a scum on it, so we didn't use the Lavazza coffee pods that were supplied). You will pay 2 Euros for a bottle of water from the fridge. This was a convenient stop-off to visit Monte Sant Angelo, which is a delightful hilltop town with views out over the Adriatic, and has a superb church built underground into a cave. We only ate in the hotel on one night, and the food was disappointing. Breakfast was limited, and the coffee was awful. Given that the restaurant only opens at 0730, and most tours staying there were gone by 0830, breakfast was a scrum-down - utter chaos. Not much going on in the town, and restaurants are mainly pizzerias along the beach front, but Stella d'Oro, just around the corner from the hotel, is a good shout, and we had a nice meal there. The staff seemed to be fairly robotic, and the lady at check-out simply couldn't cope, to the point where she wanted to charge us twice for the tourist tax of 2 Euros each.

Cibo buono, cordialità del personale. Bisognerebbe però cambiare l'arredamento delle stanze, troppo "retrò", tende antiche, bisognerebbe dare un tocco di modernità. Nel complesso siamo soddisfatti del soggiorno che ormai trascorriamo in questo hotel da diversi anni.

Well situated hotel literally on the beach and within 2 minute walking distance of the centre of town for restaurants etc. Rooms were large and well appointed and most had a balcony. Shower over the bath is a bit strange as in the middle of the bath rather than up one end so you have to work around it! Meals were fine, love the anti-pasta buffet and starters. Bit mean with things like not providing towels for the beach for tour guests but only a small point.

Il lungo soggiorno mio e di mia moglie nella camera deluxe vista mare presso il Grand Hotel Terme di Margherita di Savoia è stato veramente felice. La posizione della struttura e la qualità del ristorante meritano un ottimo giudizio sotto ogni aspetto alla pari dell’accoglienza veramente empatica del direttore Ceglie, della responsabile della sala ristorante Emilia con le sue collaboratrici Pina e Michela e delle addette alla reception Isabella e Simona. Siamo stati sorpresi molto positivamente da questo hotel proprio perché ha abbinato la qualità dei servizi alla competenza del personale capace di interpretare i bisogni degli ospiti e di personalizzarne il soggiorno. Dopo anni di terme a Ischia ci pentiamo di non averlo scoperto prima.
