The stay was amazing only problem was the pool is being removed and they didn’t tell us that when we asked

Hotel was clean and convenient, however the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Anytime someone needed to use the bathroom everybody had to leave the room. One of the windows was busted out, instead of fixing it they put plexiglass over it and glued the edge to the other window leaving the top of the plexiglass open. Breakfast definitely wasn’t good either.

This place was newly renovated and now comfort inn. Me and my family enjoyed the stay thoroughly . The rooms are brand new and very clean. Staff was friendly. Ms.Ak was very helpful and made sure everything was good with our stay. Will visit again

Excelente hotel, muy recomendado, muy limpio y cómodo. Es demasiado tranquilo por las noches, es como sentirse en casa, el desayuno es muy bueno. Hemos estado un par de noches y para nuestro próximo viaje espero que tengan un cupo para nuestro regreso.

Very nice newly renovated rooms Kisha at front desk very helpful great customer service skills very knowledgeable breakfast was a great selection from waffles, cereal , yogurt, bengals etc close to highway also close to braves stadium and great shopping mall

Great location and a friendly staff. I was visiting with family in the area. Went to ballpark which is just couple of miles away and I took a cab. Was very convienent. McDonald is walking distance with a gas station next door. Also the Kennasaw state was close by where my kid had the game. Hotel is Centrally located in marietta.

Great location.Love the rooms and close to highway and restaurants. Only 3 miles from the Braves Stadium. McDonald’s within walking distance and gas station race track across the street. Great customer service and clean rooms. Newly renovated rooms are exceptional and very inviting.

After an 8 hour drive from VA. to GA. I find myself at an extended stay in GA with the worst customer service and negative communication. The room keys were deactivated, which caused me several trips to the front desk. I requested a refund and cancelation for my stay. I called priceline and immediately was helped and booked at Sleep Inn in Marietta GA. To my surprise, the front desk was managed by Kisha. She was understanding and let me vent. The hotel is cleaned and exceeded my expectations. I would rate this hotel a 10 out of 10. Just wanted to thank Kisha for her professionalism and the pride she has in her job. Thanks Kisha You rock

I been to this Hotel for month now work related…. And the customer service is amazing. Kisha she is most respectful, humble, nice, outgoing, welcoming, easy going person I ever met. She always make sure well taken care off with no problem… Great Personality & Good Energy. Thank you very much Miss Kisha. If you every in the Marietta, Georgia area I recommend this hotel. Newly renovated upgraded rooms. The owner always welcoming me with a open arms. He always show me respect and ask me how I’m doing…. He always willing to help me with my reservation without no hesitation. So, thank you and appreciate your hospitality and customer service…..
