Everything met or exceeded expectations, in terms of cleanliness, size, convenience and style. I will be forever grateful for the service of the staff. I made a mistake in scheduling of the complimentary airport shuttle and was also having difficulty in getting my phone to connect to a taxi company. They ensured that I was taken to the airport quickly. I truly appreciated their efforts, even when it was my problem to solve and probably an inconvenience to them.

I was looking for a comfortable airport hotel to rest after a long flight and wait for my wife to join me the next day. Glad I chose this hotel for a number of reasons. The shuttle service was quick and efficient. They recognized my Hilton status, gave me a room upgrade and allowed me to check in a couple hours early which was great. The room was very comfortable and obviously had just been updated, unlike most of the other airport hotels that seem to be older. It was also surprisingly quiet, with a beautiful garden and surroundings that made me forget we were so close to the airport. I barely heard any noise and I believe the flight path makes the planes land and take off on the other side of the airport. There is also a lovely wetlands preserve right next to the hotel. The path is a bit hard to find but it's just a few feet before the entrance to the Ibis. I had nice morning run and evening stroll around the lake, something I never expected for an airport hotel. I had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and it was pretty good, though the lunch menu is extremely limited and they had nothing for vegetarians so I had to convince them to make me something off menu which they did. Dinner had a bigger menu and a couple of vegetarian choices. Food was tasty and they had a decent wine and beer menu. Prices were pretty reasonable for a hotel restaurant. Breakfast the next morning was a small buffet that covered all the basics, with freshly baked breads and pastries as one would expect in France. The service level of every person I dealt with was high. Usually airport hotel staff are rude and unhelpful but these guys were great. I will note however that the other reviews that mentioned no ventilation in the rooms were correct at least when I was there. I actually called the hotel the day before I arrived because I hate hot rooms and the receptionist assured me that the AC system was on but when I got there that wasn't the case. Not sure whether it's a technical limitation of their system or an attempt to save money but the room thermostats do nothing at this time of year. However it turned out the weather was perfect and the window could be cracked to get some fresh air so it was a non-issue for me and I was comfortable. just something to be aware of if you come on hot day and they still don't have a working AC system. All in all this place exceeded my expectations for an airport hotel and was the perfect choice for me.

Had a late night flight from Prague en route to Aix en Provence. Thought It would be easiest to just stay in an airport hotel and continue on in the am. The Kyriad was very reasonably priced and the compact rooms were immaculate. It is designed for travelers who need a place to stay just before or after a flight. Although we arrived well past the hours posted for a shuttle, when I called the hotel and asked if one might be available they said ”we'll pick you up in 10 minutes”. Only drawback I had in my main floor room was marginal internet. My friends on floors above said theirs was fine. Breakfast is not included, so plan accordingly. I'd happily stay here again when my travels require an overnight at the M****illes Airport.

I was room 102: air conditioning was dustful, it did not work well and breathed smoke smells over the room.... To corone all, opening the window, you fall directly on the entrance of the hotel and at 5 a.m. people discuss and then take their breakfast.... To avoid!

Catastrophique ! L'hôtel est très mal insonorisé. Un évènement d'entreprise a eu lieu ce soir là (lundi soir) sans avoir privatisé l'ensemble de l'hôtel. Résultat : énorme bringue jusqu'à 1h30 du matin .... la configuration du site fait que cette soirée s'est déroulée au centre du site et les chambres donnent toutes dessus en arc de cercle dans d'autres bâtiments. Ces chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées (bruit des voitures du personnel certainement qui passent au pied des bâtiments...) .... pour le reste : literie, chambre et petit déjeuner corrects. à fuir donc si vous cherchez le calme

I really liked the location, it's very close to the center and the neighborhood looked safe. The hotel is very nice, the single room is very comfortable, I only noticed that there was dust in the room and in the bathroom but I would definitely stay there again. Btw The reception people were very friendly.

Although our stay was fine, we had a very bad experience. My brother-in-law forgot his tablet in his room. He had left it on the floor near the wall and in the morning upon drawing the curtains open the tablet was hidden behind so he didn't see it. Arriving in our next hotel destination (Villeneuve-Loubet) he realized the tablet was left in Toyoko-Inn. He immediately called the hotel and the security guy told him no tablet was found. He went to personally check the room that happened to be empty as no guest was in that room that night. He then told my brother-in-law he didn't find anything. We called the hotel again the following day and we got the same answer. We sent an e-mail to the hotel manager only to get the same answer. Since there was no other guest in that room it seems that only people from the hotel entered it. We can not believe a tablet can vanish without a human intervention so we suspect that somebody from the hotel found it but didn't deliver it to the reception. This matter ruined the remaining days of our vacation and left a bitter taste in our mouths. I sent a complaint to the Tourism Office in M****illes but they couldn't answer me as they are on public holidays! So, if you stay in that hotel double and triple check your room before you leave because if something valuable is forgotten it's more than certain it won't be recovered or compensated.

Bonjour, Hôtel à fuite d'urgence qui ne mérite pas d'être étoile, l'établissement est vétéros moyens, nous avons réservé une chambre qui était normalement la plus haute en gamme au tarif le plus élevé 93.30€ pour une nuit. After crossing the entrance doors the room was flooded with water to the ground with a very glissing fat substance, and that was only the beginning, of spiders that decorate the walls, the dust in the entire room the sticks and the complaints go up, the mosquitoes in the entire room..., the sticks are cut by I don't know what to slice, the bed heads fall into lambs the tissues go up and let appear on the bed and l'es chevet des morceaux pleins de poussière, la propreté n'est vraiment pas suivie dans cette maison le ménage semble inexistant ainsi que l'hygiène. La qualité de service inexistante, le personnel semble dépasser par la quantité de travail à fournir et perdu car une personne doit s'occuper de l'ensemble des tâches à effectuer Photo de la chambre pour illustrer l'absence de propreté en PJ A FUIR LIVEMENT NEW YOU HAVE !!!!!!!!
