Marinus Beach Hotel

The location is beautiful and the views are lovely. However our stay was marred by the fact that we were not allowed to use our AC in our room. We were told that the rest of the guests wanted to hotel warm so we had no option but to keep our room temperature as is. This seems outrageous to me and have not heard of anything at all like this in any hotel before. The staff said to open the windows but of course there is a bar playing music below which kept us up until they closed. Needless to say, I don’t recommend the Marinus.

hidden gem amazing hotel in a very quiet resort room was very clean cleaned 5 out of 7 days breakfast lovely staff very friendly and helpful. hotel has its own part of the beach with sunbeds free for customers also infinity pool was very good.

Love this place Love it! Super clean, such friendly staff & comfy bed. Amenities are wonderful & the food is too! Highly recommend this spot!

Very nice resort hotel This is a very nice resort hotel. The view from the pool and beach was nice, and we spent a quiet and relaxing time during our stay.

Nice, but too expensive... The staff is amiable and attentive, and the location is beautiful. However, considering the hotel standard compared to the price, it is not worth it. The food options are minimal, and the restaurant is not a priority. Breakfast is a basic continental breakfast, but guests can also do some slightly custom orders. Despite being relatively new, the hotel's maintenance needs to be addressed. On the positive side, waking up to a panoramic sea view is delightful. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows provide lovely light. However, a significant downside is that smoking is allowed everywhere outdoors, leading to the smell of smoke permeating the rooms if the windows are open. A beach bar adjacent to the hotel plays loud music until midnight. To ensure a peaceful stay, booking a room on the left side of the hotel, away from the bar and terrace, where post-bar parties can disturb the tranquility, is recommended. The beach is pebble, and navigating the shoreline and water can be challenging due to sharp stones. The hotel has a gym but could benefit from additional equipment like heavier dumbbells. In conclusion, with some improvements, this hotel has the potential to match its price and provide a better experience. Attention to detail and addressing maintenance issues are crucial for a well-regarded hotel in this price range.
