Check-in was slow and confusing. Another couple of friends who were with us had their room released to the person while he was still there and worse, the "new" guests entered while he was in the shower. Summary: Expensive and somewhat messy service.

Momento muito divertido no ibis maringa com meu esposo. Pessoal da recepção nos tratou com muito carinho, Jan deu dicas de restaurantes maravilhosos, Carol nos acolheu e preparou o apartamento e Renata cuido de nossa reserva. Nao tivemos que nos preocupar com nada, apenas aproveitar. Agradeço pela oportnidade de estar com pessoas que se destacam em suas funções.
