Soube do Jantar de Dia dos Namorados que o Hotel Golden Ingá ofereceru neste ano de 2024, contando com a possibilidade de hospedagem. A experiência foi incrível. O restaurante panorâmico é o charme especial que deixou essa comemoração ainda mais especial. O buffet estava divino e a hospedagem foi perfeita pra sair da rotina e celebrar um momento tão maravilhoso ao lado do meu namorado. Obrigada pela experiência incrível!

Tinha um sonho de conhecer o hotel Golden ingá, infelizmente fiquei decepcionado pelo atendimento, dos hotéis que ja me hospedei esse deixou muito a desejar. demora para trazer a bebida e quente, cheguei para um jantar minha esposa teria q dar uma passada em vestido, isso foi pedido as 17:00 horas o hotel nao tinha passadeira, nem muito fez questão de ao menos arrumar um ferro, cartão de abrir a porta deu problema na porta pois estava a arrumadeira no andar porem ela me fez descer na recepção para arrumar a chave estava no 19° andar, acredito q ela teria como identificar se realmente eu estaria hospedo naquele quarto. ar condicionado nao gela. acredito que ninguém fez questão de deixar nossa estadia mas cômoda.

O quarto e bom, cama boa, ,as o chuveiro não aquece e principalmente no dia que me hospedei esta muito frio, comuniquei na recepção e não resolveram, infelizmente. No outro dia de manhã tomamos mais um banho frio. O café estava bom com muitas opções.

- Sem luz no banheiro. - Teto do Banheiro todo remendado no gesso, não condizendo com o padrão do hotel. - Fiquei para fora do apartamento a noite pois acabou a pilha da fechadura e tive que esperar alguém vir de fora para arrumar. Sugiro que os funcionários da noite tenham habilidade para fazer esse tipo de manutenção.
