This was the worst hotel I've ever booked. Room was old, mildew odor. Toilet was filthy, with stains. Bathroom sink was dirty with hair on it. The most horrific part was finding bed bugs and eggs. I ran out the room and notified a woman at the desk. I told her I wanted to leave and I asked for my money back. She agreed to it and said she had to wait for male manager to be present to send refund. I recorded her saying just that as well.

This place was no where close to what they have in the pictures the fire alarms barely worked when they went off they didn’t evacuate anybody the microwave didn’t work the tv was broke plus didn’t have the remote the fridge quit working blood on walls there was mice running around the place place there was roaches there vending machine’s were all broke

Shower was dirty and rust stained. Toilet had a rust stain down the center. Iron did not work and I needed it to iron my dress clothes after my flight. Bed was very uncomfortable. Loud guests through the night.
When I came back from my conference there were people trying to use their room key to enter the building and couldn’t get in. People were also loitering and drinking in the parking lot.
